I absolutely love this studio — it’s elegant, beautifully designed, and always clean and welcoming. Taking classes here is truly a joy. The instructors are incredibly professional and patient, always guiding us with so much care. Every session leaves me feeling fully stretched and energized. I have studied Ariel and Floor Yoga from Ms. Kitty and Ms. Kathy for the past 4 years. They are the fantastic instructors, professional, knowledgeable, and also very nice. I appreciated the personalized attention and modifications offered for each pose. They have now moved to a clean, beautiful and well-maintained studio, adding music and lighting to enhance the calming ambiance of the room. I really love their new place!

Beautiful, elegant, charming studio. I am taking classes to prepare for my theater production role - which has a dance scene - and I am truly a horrible dancer but my teacher was absolutely terrific and patient with me. I also started doing Yoga for my lower back pain and that is helping tremendously. Great experience!

The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, they are also warm and kind. The class sizes are just right so I always feel like I'm getting individual attention and support. This Yoga studio may be new but I have been following Yogi Kitty and Kathy for a few years now. They are great instructors and make you feel very comfortable even as a beginner. I have managed to do things with my limbs that I had never thought possible because of their guidance. They give you the confidence to explore what your limits are and overcome them! It’s great to be back in the studio with these two! The studio is very clean and give a serene environment to stretch out and find your inner peace.

Beautiful new yoga studio in Sierra Madre, great location and available parking lot.

Awesome place to practice aerial or ground yoga with other yogi's!!!

Kitty is a great teacher that can teach beginners and experts better ways to improve on the mat!!!
