TLDR: I highly recommend any and all personal training with coach daniel as he is professional, personable, knowledgeable, and humble!

2 years ago, I was in pretty bad shape. I lived a sedentary lifestyle where I would be glued to a chair for 8 hours a day and stress eat due to responsibilities. I knew I wanted to workout, but didn’t have the time nor energy to build out a workout routine, meal plan, and even keep myself accountable to just go…until I met coach daniel.

After days of research and personal consultations with multiple trainers, I chose Daniel. His energy is infectious and most importantly, he is understanding of what goals you are trying to achieve. At first I wanted to to build strength, but later on I switched to running. His knowledge and versatility of how to pivot programs is mind blowing. One thing worth noting, he is very precise and he will teach you the science behind the movements. A teacher + coach = win!

I know the biggest hesitation with training is cost, however, your health bill will be 10x if you don’t do anything about it. Im glad I picked coach daniel because I have been able to achieve a healthier lifestyle, crush personal records, lose 30 pounds, and be more disciplined.

I can gate keep no longer.

My Wife and I have been training with Daniel 1-2 times a week for over 2 years now. We live a bit far from his facility and it can sometimes take up to 45 minutes for us to get there. Still, these sessions have become a non negotiable in our relationship.

Not only does Daniel have plan for your health and body long term, he is excellent at addressing the curveballs and adjusting goals on the fly. Such as modifying techniques to accommodate for injuries etc.

While we still have a journey and a half to go on our weight loss goals. The strength and confidence both of us have in our knees and ankles and back now cannot be overlooked.

The foundation and structure Daniel helps you build takes time and requires accountability, patience and perseverance. He will put you through the wringer, but is not a drill sergeant. You leave the session feeling accomplished and better about yourself.

It is for these reasons and more that we continue and will continue making the trek from Corona to Diamond Bar. I highly recommend you do the same.

As a middle-aged woman, I plan to incorporate strengthening exercises on my own at home with a Costco dumbbell set and following YouTubers like Caroline. I did see some slow results, yet one of my friends who uses PT for several years recommended me using a PT to achieve better results. I looked up nearby and found Daniel’s website and his positive reviews. I started January 2024, and continued with Daniel till now.

My experience with Daniel is very positive.
1. Daniel has experiences working with different clients with different needs. In my case, my goal is to strengthening, better posture, and gaining muscles if possible.
2. Daniel customizes programs based on your needs. You will never get bored. Daniel will also change programs to better fit your physical activities. For example, help working on my shoulder when I swim in summer; my legs before ski seasons. When I have wrist injuries, Daniel adapt programs as well.
3. Daniel not only teachs you correct forms, also good training habits such as warming up tight muscle groups before lifting, help stretching you at the end of workout .
4. Daniel is self-disciplined and a good role-model as he works out hard himself and keeps a good fit figure.
5. Daniel cares about your well being. You feel like he is a friend in your life. He is smart, has good sense of humor. He gives your full attention at your sessions and you feel very comfortable.
6. I start to see results after finishing his beginner’s session package, then I continued sessions till now.
I am able to do squats and deadlifts at a decent beginner level. I notice that have lost my skinny fat, my body is more toned. I am stronger and more confident to carry a case of water bottles. My posture is better. I am more flexible and my stability is greatly improved. I no longer have knee or ankle pains. I am able to do my beloved outdoor activities such as hiking, jogging and skiing. I believe my rate of bone loss is also slowered down at last bone scan.
7. Overall I benefited tremendously from training with Daniel.
I would highly recommend him if you are looking for someone to improve your physical health. Compared working out by yourself, training with a professional PT like Daniel is safer, more effective, and easier to see results.

I’ve been training with Daniel for about 4-5 years. The best thing about him as a trainer is he listens to your goals and tailors the workout to your specific needs. He pushes you and doesn’t allow you to get complacent. Workouts get changed up if he sees that you’re plateauing or have already adjusted to the sets. He will give you tips and advice but doesn’t helicopter you. It is your responsibility to make sure you adjust your eating habits so you see results from the training. Daniel is enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and you can see he loves his job. Compared to other trainers I’ve had in the past and those my friends have had, Daniel is definitely one of the best.

I have had many trainers, PTs, and coaches but Daniel by far is the best! It’s easy to find someone that will tell you what to lift and how much, how far to run or how long, or to give you the same old boring workouts. I had full knee reconstruction in my early 20’s and a second surgery on the same knee a few years after, for an unrelated issue. Keeping myself strong, flexible, and mobile without hurting myself in the process is more important than losing weight or fitting into some unattainable social standard. Daniel has a way of connecting with all of his clients. We are all so different and have different goals but he finds a way to get you there. He pushed you but also understands your limitations and find ways to make you stronger/better and more confident. He’s the reason I was able to dance the nights away for my wedding last year. This January will be 3yrs of training with him and unless he retires I don’t see myself quitting this time.
