I am a licensed personal trainer and massage therapist. With over 10 years of personal training experience, and a background in bodybuilding and olympic weight lifting, this dynamic understanding of the body is what has led me to my particular style of training and techniques. My training philosophy is simple; create an overt sense of wellbeing through movement, eliminate pain, manage stress and shape the body to it’s greatest authentic self.

I was looking for trainer while I was visiting LA and Daniel Rice was absolutely perfect and a pleasure to work with. He’s very educated on how the body moves and he is great with stretching! He spent a good 15 mins stretching me on the table after our session. I will for sure be booking with him every time I’m back in LA. The gym is also connected to the Sunset Tower Hotel where I stayed and was so convenient!

I follow Daniel's online workouts! Love it! The kind of workout that leaves you pumped but also feeling the buildup. Been on it for a year! The workouts are always exciting & challenging. A lot of new moves that he created but very well explained and demonstrated in videos.

I started working with Daniel in August 2021. I found him on Instagram after seeing his videos and client progress photos. I was impressed but not ready to work with a trainer, but I saved his info anyway. Before working with him, I focused a lot on powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, and group fitness classes. I felt strong but wasn’t very happy with my physique – I knew there were imbalances in strength and muscle development. After reading his website, I reached out to him because I loved that he described his training philosophy as focusing on holistic wellness. I’m so glad I contacted him. He literally TRANSFORMED my body. He mentioned that I would start to look like a superhero, and he wasn’t lying. A big part of the progress is eating well. I have been pretty disciplined about nutrition and diet, which he has guided me on (thank you!). The other major factor is how laser-focused he is on sculpting the body. He knows so much about the body. He is constantly looking for ways to improve my physique and is working with me on improving my posture. He does it all. On top of this, working out with him is fun, and seeing him is a highlight of my week.

After shoulder surgery had me out of the gym for several months. I went to physical therapy for a bit but did not feel I was receiving the adequate activity that my body needed to recuperate from the injury. Daniel Rice has an uncanny ability to understand what the body is going through and how to work to correct it. Incorporating both manual and physical therapy practices to our workouts, Daniel has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable with what I am doing and not only attaining my goals, but striving to go beyond what I think I can do.

As you can imagine, it is extremely tough both mentally and physically to get back in the gym after an injury. However, with a trainer as good as Daniel and a little determination, you will be back feeling 100% before you know it.

I’ve been a client now, Daniels since the beginning of the summer, and let me just say my body has changed in more ways than I knew were even possible! Daniel has a way of sculpting a body in a way where the smallest of movements make the biggest of difference. He has also added an extra 4 inches of growth to my booty, while shrinking my waist! Out of all the trainers, I’ve ever been to Daniel has been by far the best trainer and is body goals himself! He practices what he preaches setting a prime example to his clients.
