I’m truly grateful that my wife and I started training with Brandon going on over a year and a half now and continuing. Brandon not only tailored work out routines for my wife and I which evolve as we progress but also provided at home work outs as well. He continues to encourage, inspire and hold us accountable, as well as educate us along the way to reach new levels of fitness both inside and outside the gym. During work outs he continues to instruct us on form and technique when needed as well as pushes us to train harder and lift more weight based on RPE. Every week we continue to see our strength improving and can see subtle changes in our bodies. We have found a passion for getting stronger and taking self care seriously.

There are no words great enough to express my experience with Brandon at D’Annunzio fitness. He is the third personal trainer that I have encountered in my 34 years of life but the only one of those trainers that I felt is so caring, skilled, knowledgeable, informative, supportive, encouraging, structured, and so passionate about his business and his ability to help as many people as he can through strength training and fitness.
I have been seeing Brandon 3 times a week for 12 weeks, and just signed up for another 12 weeks. I have never felt happier or fitter in my life. I didn’t see myself as an unhappy person before but I didn’t know I could be this level of happy and excited for strength training, weight lifting and Muay Thai lessons. The Muay Thai is 🤌🏻🤌🏻 the absolute best!
Just after 9 short weeks I had already lost 3.5 inches around my waist, 11.5 inches total if I count all the other areas of measurements, and 11 pounds of fat and I have gained so much muscle, strength, confidence, empowerment, ambition, self love and worth from Brandon’s personal training and friendship.
He demonstrates all of the workouts going over posture, speed of movement and breath work, and as you repeat the workout he will tweak and correct your posture as needed which I absolutely love and needed. I never knew I was doing so many movements wrong as I was never corrected by my other trainers before.
He truly cares for his clients wellbeing and fitness goals. He holds me accountable and encourages me to workout on my days I’m not training with him, which I need. He also holds me accountable by checking in on my protein intake and what I’m making for dinner 😂 which is so appreciated because it keeps me on track. I am so excited for my future working on myself and my fitness goals with Brandon at D’Annunzio Fitness. This was a long review but I just want everyone that reads this to know how amazingly wonderful Brandon is and how much of a blessing he will be in your life as well when you choose D’Annunzio Fitness.

Since starting to train with Brandon, my mental and physical health has greatly improved. Not only do I fit in clothes I didn’t think I would ever fit in again, I have fallen back in love with strength training. I broke my wrist a few years ago and had to get surgery, so doing certain movements would be too painful or awkward for me to do. Push ups were definitely a no go. Brandon has not only gone above and beyond to accommodate my limitations, but he’s tailored my training to strengthen the surrounding muscles so those movements are no longer uncomfortable. Assisted push ups are now a go! I look forward every week to our sessions. Not too mention the music is always on point!

Brandon is by far the best personal trainer I've encountered. He's a great listener, provides a plethora of valuable and applicable information, and tailors your program to what you need (and want).
I personally enjoy having the first half of my sessions be Muay Thai and then the second half be strength training/conditioning. Brandon is great at articulating the movements and makes them easy to remember and understand.
Since hiring Brandon, I have lost 16 lbs in a short amount of time.
I feel energized and my mobility is at its best, considering my age bracket. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for something life-changing and fun!

This is 1 on 1 training at its best. I came in with the goal of getting more fit and taking off some pounds. Brandon tailor makes the workouts to match the individual so I'm doing exercises I can do, getting pushed where I need to be and am seeing great results. I especially like how he explains the purposes of each thing we're doing and the science behind the benefits of doing it. And even with all that I wouldn't be sticking around if it wasn't fun... harad to find a better coach than Brandon! The gym itself is all new equipment and has all the usual stuff plus more. Highly recommend.

Brandon is the best! He makes me feel very comfortable and I love the personal setting at D’annunzio fitness! He is very knowledgeable and patient.
I never felt comfortable going to regular gyms, so I didn’t go for years.
Training at D’annunzio fitness has helped me with my physical and mental health, and has really changed my Life for the better.
10/10 recommend brandon to help you reach your fitness goals!
