About the Club

Hi! My name is Danny and I am a personal trainer at a beautiful private gym in La Jolla. The first workout/consultation is ONLY $25! I am an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and I received my B.S. in Kinesiology from San Diego State University. I help my clients achieve their goals by creating individualized programs based on their unique needs. I am extremely passionate about what I do and I would love to help you reach your goals !

Trainer of the month’s.

One day I was at the gym with Danny, another woman came to us and asked if he was the employee of the month; indeed he is without hesitation. Danny has been my trainer since August now, and he is outstanding among others. He has an approachable personality, a positive attitude and he is a very good listener about my goals and how we can accomplish this together.

What I enjoy the most is that all sessions are different with a variety of exercises adapted to my physical conditions. Danny helped me to increase my muscle strength by 40-50% beyond my expectations, that is one of the reason I appreciate him as my trainer as he pushes me beyond my limits to progress. Thanks Danny!

Danny adapts workouts to my personal needs and comfort level. He's very encouraging and provides positive guidance on how to improve. While in the past I haven't been fond of the gym - - I've found it to be intimidating and confusing - - Danny takes time to explain different exercises and techniques for making progress in personal fitness and body mechanic goals. This has made my time at the gym more inviting and I feel comfortable with certain exercises. Overall, I feel like I've become stronger and more balanced in other activities, such as running. I have been doing personal training with Danny for about 9 months. Danny is very good about identifying the correct methods to achieve specific goals. He is extremely knowledgeable about physiology and does a great job of explaining the benefits of specific exercises and correcting bad habits.
I have definitely benefited from working with Danny. My focus has primarily been on injury prevention in tennis, and I can definitely seen good results.

I was referred to Danny because I was having hip pain that was affecting my daily activities. Danny was able to identify the muscles that needed strengthening. I can now get out of bed with no pain. He’s a very kind individual and you can tell he is very passionate about his work.
