Never again. I get so many messages from them about free this that and the other, but then thereβs never a follow-up. When and where? When do we start? What does it cost? What is the plan? I would love to sign up but the abysmal lack of communication is a big problem. Weβve been at it for 5 years now.

Great circuit style HIIT workouts that yield increased endurance and muscle gains. Many training time options to choose throughout the week. Modifications are recommended by coaches to make it easier if needed or extremely harder if desired depending on your fitness ability and goal. I really enjoy and recommend the fun and challenging 30 min. sessions!

We tried this place when it was part of Fit Body Boot Camp. Our experience was unpleasant due to multiple factors, chief among them was an aggressive start to an intense work out routine which resulted in multiple ppl dropping out with injuries. The Fit Body guidelines were not adhered to (exercise routines and cleanliness) and ultimately they left the franchise.
Our experience continued to degrade as it was impossible to halt monthly autopayments no matter what we did (ultimately cancelled card and filed complaint).
Even after all this, we continue to receive marketing blasts when they attempt to fill new classes. We've requested them to stop texting us and basically wete told ... "make us". We are now reporting as spam to all carriers.
We want nothing to do with this place and are reminded of that a few times a year when they run automatic campaigns.

I love the variety of workshops by different instructors. They are always encouraging and help with modifications. Super support for newbies.
Workouts are an hour. Easy to sign up on an app which helps in case there is a last minute cancelation - they can message you. Other participants are really helpful too - itβs a great team approach as the culture is built on encouragement. Highly recommend for a hard, full body workout regardless of your fitness level.

Challenging, flexible 1hr or 30min sessions. Trainers are fantastic. People in the classes are there to work hard, sweat, and do it again the next day! Plenty of free parking to the rear of the building. It's great! You should try it out βΊοΈ.

I did the 28-day challenge, and it was the thing that finally clicked! I eat better, work out harder and feel amazing. There is no substitute for working out with other people! The accountability and sense of community that comes with Fit Body Boot Camp is fantastic. I lost 13 pounds of fat, gained 9 pounds of muscle and lost 9% body fat in 28 days. Highly recommend!

Fit Body Boot Camp is awesome!!!! All the instructors push you to achieve your best results. You don't get left behind that's for sure & when you leave this place you sure do feel like you accomplish a lot in one day. Definitely check this place out if you want to make life changes.
