I worked with Stephanie for about 3 years and she completely changed my approach to working out. She makes each session unique and accessible while also adjusting/modifying where needed. She would much rather have you do things the right way - which I totally appreciated!! It was also SO FUN to work with her! I looked forward to our sessions - something I never thought I'd ever say about working out. Even when I did NOT want to leave the house, it was always 100% better after our sessions. She also provides meal plans/recommendations without being pushy and provides an emotionally safe environment for her clients. We always start our sessions with a check in "how we feeling" which drives our time together and no matter what I'm always laughing and having a great time. I would still be working with Stephanie if I lived in LA but I sadly moved away. Even though I'm not there, she's still so supportive and checks in on me. Her attitude and spirit alone motivated me! Miss her!!!!!

Stephanie changed my life. Cliché, but true. I used to hate working out and, worse, working out at a gym, but she changed my outlook on fitness, health, and overall well-being. I’ve been with Steph for over six months and am at an incredible level with my health and wellness. Before working with her, I lacked energy and motivation, but her fitness and nutritional plans reshaped my existence. I have developed muscles in places I didn’t think I’d have! I am energetic, motivated, and proud of the lifestyle change that I’ve been practicing because of her. I am also stronger, leaner, and healthier. I look forward to seeing her weekly and to continuing to challenge myself. Our workouts vary each session, and I am always wiped out (significantly!) after each session. If there are days that I don’t feel too motivated, seeing Steph’s level of energy brings me up and keeps me going. She checks in about my eating habits and adjusts them accordingly. Stephanie is a consummate professional and deeply knowledgeable about her field. She is also warm and friendly, and I always feel like I have a fantastic trainer and friend in her. Look no further if you value personalized training and nutritional coaching. She is impressive and rare, and I feel lucky she took me on as a client.

I've loved every minute of my training with Stephanie! She provides not only great workouts but suggestions (and checks in!) on your progress outside of the gym regarding food and workouts. She keeps you accountable but is also kind and helpful. Any woman looking to see changes in their energy and body should work with Stephanie!

Stephanie is one of the most encouraging, nonjudgmental trainers out there!! She genuinely cares about you as a person first. Health can be a means of you loving your life and your body, weight notwithstanding. I highly recommend Stephanie to anyone who has ever thought about starting their health journey to a more self-loving, confident you. PS— ask her about salsa dancing ;)
