I've been training with Dijon for years now and I met him through rollerskating. He has always had a progressive and active interest in physical fitness and sports performance. As my personal trainer, he has helped me with knee and ankle stability issues ive had due to past injuries. Through his wide knowledge of the human body, he was very accomodating and offered many modified excercises when I was putting my knee through therapy.
He's detailed, supportive and always learning and doing his own research to keep current with up-to-date knowledge of strength, stamina, flexibility and mobility excercises.
Dijon's the go-to in my book for personal training in any fitness or performance goal you want to achieve.

Dijon is the best! I've become so much stronger ever since I started working out with him. He gave me my own plan and helped me figure out what would work best for my lifestyle/schedule as a college student. Anyone looking to get stronger, feel better, and have a great time (our workouts include plenty of laughs and jokes throughout the madness) definitely workout with Dijon! HIGHLY recommend!

I would absolutely recommend Dijon. I've been working with him for roughly 9 months and have changed my body type completely. He helps me put together a weekly workout/diet plan and checks in often to help me stay on track.

Dijon is truly one of THE BEST trainers I have worked with. He is patient, precise, and punctual. I was in a bad car accident, so he is going at a speed that works for my body and healing process. I have some muscle trauma as well, and he working with my mind, emotion and muscles to get to a better place. I have been working with him for about 5 months and I love how I'm feeling, and will slowly get to my goals in due time with the help of him! I highly reccomend him!

I’m 50 y old and have been working out with Dijon for over 6 months , this is the first time I’m working with a trainer , and im seeing the change in my body after couples months , Dijon will work with you at your own speed , knowing when to push you and show you what you can do , and I am just amazed by the results.

Dijon is excellent at what he does! Very knowledgeable, competent, professional, good-humored and confident about being able to see results with various fitness issues and challenges. I've had long-standing back and posture problems that he was able to very quickly address, and within less than a month, began to see great results. It's a pleasure working with Dijon--who knew going to the gym could be such fun?!

Dijon is an amazing trainer!!! He’s excellent at listening to your goals and crafting the perfect workout to accommodate. He’s extraordinarily talented at explaining all physiological aspects of body movements and the challenges related to proper muscle workout. Excellent programming, flexible based on the individuals needs, in person or online training. Dark horse performance has taken my fitness goals to the next level, through science(no bro science) and experience Since starting the program, I've gained more lean muscle mass, increase my functional movement and overall flexibility. I am impressed with the overall attention to details and corrective recourse of action. Currently prepping for men's physique competitions.
