About the Club

The Derby Method is an evolving process that combines training modalities from physical therapy, strength and conditioning, HIIT, and traditional gym exercises to deliver a program that meets a client’s needs while also delivering fast and practical results in line with their goals. Our mantra at Derby Method is, defining your strength. By having an agreed-upon definition of strength we are able to ensure that the programming we deliver is in line with client’s goals. This not only bolsters adherence but takes the guesswork out of the initial phase of the training process.
