Sophia Thoring’s Inferno Hot Pilates class at 7 AM is a game-changer! It’s perfect for toning muscles and getting lean—I’m definitely adding her to my routine. The energy was amazing, the music and lighting created the perfect vibe, and the whole class was both challenging and fun. Highly recommend!

I've been attending classes at this yoga studio consistently for over a year now, and I can honestly say it's transformed my life. Not only has my overall health improved, but my mindset has also shifted in such a positive way. I've had the pleasure of experiencing classes with most of the instructors, and I love each of their unique personalities and teaching styles. It's truly a great little community that feels like a family.

Jena, the owner, has made some fantastic improvements to the facility, making it even more welcoming and comfortable. This studio has become my home away from home, my oasis where I can unwind and find peace. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their well-being and find a supportive community.

Blockchain technology has me sitting behind the computer a lot. Getting out of the house for a class at Dharma Yoga has become a saving grace to help me manage the high stress of work.

The studio is easy to get to with good parking, clean rooms, great people, and tons of class options.

I have been to a verity of classes and they are always well thought out and engaging.

Drama Loft is an excellent choice. Jena was able to help with a large private group event we held this past fall. The students really enjoyed her yoga instruction. I would recommend this studio for classes and other yoga related events!

Dharma Yoga Loft has been extremely impactful in the best way to my spiritual healing journey. You can feel the calm atmosphere the second you walk up those steps, and for someone who has always dealt with high anxiety, a calming atmosphere is invaluable. Firstly everything in the loft is clean and it always smells so nice! It’s truly a beautiful space. Secondly, they offer a variety of classes!! They have different types of flows, they have Pilates, they have classes that involve a mix of yoga flows and strength work…there are many options. My favorites are all the classes they do in the heated room. Dharma heats their hot yoga room with infrared heat, and that alone comes with so many benefits… and lastly, the instructors! They’re all great, very welcoming and with warm energies and different teaching styles. I just can’t say enough about this magical spot, but if you’re looking for a yoga place, no matter your age or ability level, Dharma is where you want to be!💖

I have been a student/member of Dharma Yoga Loft for nearly five years now and I can not express enough how extraordinary this place is! The community of instructors, as well as students, is so very unique. All are very warm and welcoming! The instructors are all very knowledgeable and each offers their own exceptional touches to their classes. It truly is my home-away-from-home and what I get out of each experience far surpasses my expectations. If you are looking for a yoga studio - you must give this one a try! Dharma Yoga Loft truly changed my life. All of the teachers and people I've gotten to know through taking multiple weekly classes have not just welcomed me but made me feel that I belong. I was very intimidated even emailing the studio when I was interesting in exploring yoga. The response back was not only immediate but warm and inviting. I truly value the time I have spent in class with Jena, Jillian, Kolleen and Anita...
