I've been training with Daniel for several years now, and he has consistently supported me as an exceptional personal trainer through my ever-evolving fitness journey. From the start, Daniel has shown an incredible ability to customize and pivot workout plans based on my goals and needs. He is engaging, friendly, and motivating, pushing me further than I would have normally done on my own.

When I first started working with him, I was preparing for a tough mudder race, and Daniel provided focused functional fitness training that built my endurance, agility, and strength. He kept me motivated, pushed me beyond my comfort zone, and thanks to his expert coaching, I crushed the obstacle course—it felt like a cakewalk and even impressed my friends.

Later, when I shifted my goals toward strength training and muscle building, Daniel adjusted my programming accordingly. He designed custom workout plans, even accounting for days I trained solo. His form evaluations were super helpful—he offered clear, friendly corrections and gave me the confidence to lift heavier than I ever would alone. His one-on-one attention and ongoing motivation helped me see tangible progress in both how much I could lift and how my body looked and felt.

When I signed up for a half-marathon, Daniel adapted our sessions to prepare for it. He introduced mobility work to counterbalance my sedentary desk job and integrated functional movements and even kickboxing drills to improve my cardio, mobility, and power output.

I started working with Daniel as I wanted a personal trainer to help me get back into exercise after having a baby. I was nervous about exercising at all post c-section as my core felt off and I felt really weak after a difficult pregnancy and postpartum period - not being able to exercise for over a year and a half. So I wanted to work with someone one on one who could gently guide me back to fitness. He struck the perfect balance, motivating me to work a little harder so I can see strength gains quickly without pushing me too far beyond my comfort zone. I had never done any weightlifting, so was initially super intimated and scared about hurting myself. But Daniel is so knowledgable about how to do each exercise safely, taking the time to explain to me which muscles should be involved, what I should be feeling and what to watch out for, which really helped me build confidence. Soon I was deadlifting and using all of the equipment I never would have gone near on my own at a gym. Really appreciate how non-judgmental he was about where I started and how quickly he was able to get me to a place where I was feeling strong. He's really set me up for success in my journey to get stronger and I can't wait to work with him again!

I've been working out with daniel for close to a year now at Raise the Bar in the Sunset district. he made a short assessment of what my fitness goals were, and off we were. Every session I have with daniel is tailored towards my fitness goals that i mentioned which were strength training and weight loss. Daniel helped me build a strong foundation, and continually pushes me to be better and keeps me accountable. Daniel has always been flexible with me as far as scheduling workouts. Daniel also keeps things fresh by changing up my program and has even mentioned including kickboxing to our workouts. I have yet to attend his kickboxing classes, but I plan to do so in the future. i highly recommend booking daniel as your personal trainer.

An absolutely fantastic trainer! Worked with him for ~9 months when I lived in SF, and he helped me to get into a great routine with muscle-building. Sessions were difficult yet fulfilling, and through his help I was able to a) gain 20 lbs. of muscle in that time, b) get my form corrected on compound exercises, and c) double the weight I can do on bench, squat, deadlift, etc. He helps you plan exercise goals, diet, and more to get you progressing with your exercise goals.

Plus, he's also just a great guy who makes sessions entertaining and engaging. Highly recommend!

I met Daniel during COVID lockdown, when 1-on-1 training was allowed again. It was a great decision. Daniel taught me all the classic and essential strength exercises. I built strength and confidence. Daniel is not the yelling type, but don't worry, he will push you.

Daniel is a fantastic trainer. He learns what you need, what you can do, and what your limits are. He pushes you when you need to be pushed, but never too far. He's helped my with my strength and conditioning. I'm in my fifties and I've put on ten pounds of muscle. His technical knowledge of weightlifting is superb but he doesn't overwhelm you with more knowledge than you can absorb in one session.

Daniel is also fun to work with. He's always positive and ready to improve your mood.

I've been working with Daniel for a few years now. Over the years I've lost over 40 pounds and my strength has improved without getting too bulky. Daniel is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He knows how to push me to help reach my goals especially when I don't feel like working out that day. Daniel has been my personal trainer for over a year now and I am super impressed with my results. It started July 2021 when I made a goal of making sure I looked fit and toned for my wedding in May 2022. Well now it's been 6 months after my wedding and I'm still going strong with his personal training! At first I was afraid of getting too big and bulky but Daniel reassured me that that wasn't the case and that he would personalize my sessions to meet me goals. He was very methodical about his training sessions, listening to where I was having trouble and what I wanted to improve on and what areas of my body I wanted to focus on. He had me write down my tangible goals and gave me nutrient goals too. One of great things was that I ate whatever I want but was able to track my protein, which made a big difference in my program.

Now that I've been his client for well over a year, I don't see myself stopping. I feel stronger and more confident and I'm not afraid to show off my muscles! I highly recommend Daniel as your personal trainer, he makes your sessions personal and you get results!
