It’s a pretty good club! Cleanliness of the showers have improved and overall good variety of classes and equipment. Billing could be a bit of a hassle since there are some fees that are charged that are not in the contract and that does not seem right, but overall, this is the best club we have in our suburban area, so not a lot to choose from. Sort of like PGE-love them or hate them, but that’s the only option-) not a lot of responsiveness from the management if there are issues and I actually had an issue using a free guest pass that was given to me during member appreciation day, which was also odd. Spoke to the corporate billing today and the lady would not listen and talk over me offering irrelevant solutions without even understanding my request. So overall, 4/5, but I’m sure the grass is greener where there is more competition-)

Finally I have cancelled my membership and my daughter membership. My wife didn’t want to take us off but the racist behavior and the disrespect for older long time members was too much to take. Management is horrible and the facilities have become rundown. We were paying 300 a month and have been members for 15 years. The last 5 years have been bad. My wife is still keeping her membership but looking for a new club, a club where the sauna and spa isn’t broken down for three months. Where the parking lot isn’t full on the weekends for swim meets and due to the meets the ice machine is always empty, so they want you to purchase ice. Are you kidding me? It used to be a good club always too expensive but the club was nice. Management is horrible now.

I went to the spa yesterday had a spa day it was so wonderful! They gave me a glass of wine i had a perform Veronica she was so friendly she was great it was so nice to get a pedicure without people around you speaking a different language it was very quiet and relaxing and she was very cool to talk to !! Then I had a massage from Jessica and was absolutely wonderful the best massage I ever had and I had lots and lots of them she also did a hot oil treatment on my hair it felt so good ! I was delighted to discover that my health insurance would cover my membership at Diamond Hills Sports Club, and after my tour and orientation, I knew it was the perfect fit for me. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the facility is and the wide variety of amenities it offers.

I've been going for a handful of visits so far, and I absolutely love it. Every time I work out, I find myself not wanting to leave and thinking of more activities I can do while I’m there. The club offers everything you could possibly need: areas to relax, a café, a spectacular locker room, multiple swimming pools, and several hot tubs. The weight rooms are well-equipped with all the free weights and machines you could ever want.

I also had a complimentary session with a trainer who provided a thorough evaluation of my body and pointed out key areas for improvement, which was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Diamond Hills Sports Club—it's a fantastic place to work out and unwind!

I was a member of Diamond Hills for almost four years with a family membership for 5 people. Although it was expensive, we felt it was worth it because of the facility’s quality. Last year, I moved out of town and canceled my membership. Even though I didn’t use the gym during my last month due to the move, I still paid the full dues to ensure everything was settled.

Today 9-1-24, I decided to visit the gym for a day pass to use the pool and hot tub, hoping to relieve some back pain. However, when I arrived, the front desk informed me that I couldn’t enter because Sales who needed to approve my visit, had already gone home for the day.

After being a loyal customer for so long and even offering to pay for a day pass, I was disappointed to be turned away. I’ve recommended this gym to many people over the years I feel pretty let down with that experience current member or not🤷🏾‍♂️

I love this gym. It is very clean, has friendly staff, plenty of groups, equipment and well maintained pools. My favorite are the pilates classes. The instructors are very knowledgeable and lead the session with detailed instruction for form and maximum benefit from the workout. I feel great and look forward to my time at the gym. If you want to feel like you’re at a country club in the 1990s, this is your spot!

Pro: very polite Front desk personnel. Sales Team didn’t torture us but were concise and provided much appreciated and easy to understand charts of prices and comparisons. The cleaning personnel work hard to ensure this place is close to spotless. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers were well filled and smelled wonderful!

Con: Dated. The architect of the building and the designer teamed up to bring forth decreased natural light accented with warm fluorescent lights, tons of of tan walls to stare at, and tired locker rooms. It felt as if I got pushed into a large cardboard box and am expected to workout. This is more a public library for a rainy day decor vibe. Then for towel service, you’re given these tiny towels that can either cover your top or your bottom. Your choice of what you choose to flash others with as you dance to your locker. Weights are not consistent because there are TWO different weight manufacturers used. Additionally, the weights were spare and required sleuthing to build up to a higher weight.

There was nobody to show me how equipment worked. The management seems to have a big attitude issue and is never available to talk to. Theresa seems to think she is beyond her position and beyond the human race and she doesn't have to care about the position she is working in. The attitude I got when asking a question over the phone was absurd. I get better treatment at a cheap hole in the wall gym so why pay higher prices to be talked to like I'm less than a person. They'd do better if they hired people who actually liked customer service.

Tried it for a month. I never got a good response from any trainers about my 1 free session. Whenever I contact a person, I would not get a response till a week after, and they are not so accommodating.
The sauna and steam bath are good, but the temperature of pool is not ideal. Equipment is decent, but the placement is not that ideal. I would advise to check other fitness clubs in area. Front desk staff are cheerful and communicative which might be the only reason this might be running well.

Margie the “manager” is the RUDEST most condescending troll I’ve ever dealt with. We were long standing members who came to her with an issue. She didn’t resolve our issue. She wanted to argue for days. It was so unprofessional and low level… Instead we cancelled our membership. I completely understand why everyone I know left and joined other gyms. We just did the same.
She treats clients like she doesn’t want/need their business + they are bothering her. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!! She obviously hates her life, it shows in her nasty attitude!
Machines are trash, classes are majorly lacking, membership is the most overpriced sham $225 WITHOUT TENNIS, sauna doesn’t get really hot anymore. They charge fees for everything!! $15-$35 if you pay late (past the 3rd of month lol) food place is a joke $15 for a cheese quesadilla $5 water $12 smoothie etc etc. They close at 7pm on sundays! The one day most everyone has off and want to use their membership!! It’s beyond annoying and they turn the sauna off early!
Do yourself a favor and find another gym for a fraction of the price!! THERES WAY TOO MANY OTHER GYMS IN AREA TO STAY FOR TERRIBLE TREATMENT BY MANAGEMENT HERE! I would never consider coming back until that woman is gone.

I've been their member for 2 years, how many times they had not working equipment, or they were doing remodeling, so you can't use the gym as normal , all the time.
I had to cancel membership, but I was going to come back, in 6 months, they charged me an extra month, even if I didn't used their gym, contacted their customer service, they were not helpful.

My two kids just finished swim lesson. Let me tell you we have been over the years to different clubs for swim lessons (4 kids) and the coaches here are by far the best we have seen. Shout out to Coach Jen, Coach Madi and Coach Gina. I am so impressed with the progress they made. My older one will be joining the Aqua Knights swim team at the club and we couldn’t be happier.

There’s an indoor basketball court. Could use some attention like a sweep or mop at least twice a week cause it’s dusty making it more slippery. Also if they could open the doors, that lead to the tennis courts, a few times a day to let some fresh air in THAT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.

My wife and I got here 40 min before closing and the front desk guy Ryan arrogantly said no manager available to show me around, I can not come I. I enjoyed going to this gym on a regular basis for 4 years. The amenities were good; however, The cardio equipment was not maintained as well as I would have liked. It was often that many of the treadmills didn’t work properly. Having paid as much as we did, that became frustrating. This gym has gone down hill with cleanliness and hygiene in the locker rooms. The shower curtains have pink and black mold, a lot of the shower fixtures are broken and constantly leaking water. As for the equipment on the floor, mostly in the weight area, is run down, looking broken/messy, and the members don’t pick up after themselves. After a few months of trying to return to this gym, I realized they aren’t putting their money to use. It trickles down through every level of management- and for this expensive “premium” membership, it’s not worth the money.

Myself and several others get ear infections consistently from the water.
Not everyone is this sensitive but some of us are.

If there water was clean I would be there everyday. It is a nice pool.
Complaints to management don't get anywhere as only a small percentage of people are sensitive.
But even if you don't get sick ,isn't it disgusting just the same?

I really wish they would up the filter process. I don't even mind paying the high fees.As a matter of fact I'd prefer paying high fees to have a better swimming experience.

Cold water from the fountain would be great but if you had more fountains for the active training rooms would be great! Facility lacks in performance such as this. Not impressed for the cost against the presentation of the facility!
