Hello, my name is Diana and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. I have my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology w/ a concentration in Exercise Science.

I started training with Diana in May and have continued since then because I love how she works with us. I think my friend and I even joke about keeping at her groups until she kicks us out lol. She is super encouraging and supportive when it comes to pushing us and motivating us and making the groups fly by. Ive always hated working out and being at the gym and before I knew it our class was over. She is also extremely patient in teaching the exercises and giving us feedback (when we send in our updates lol) and answering all our questions. I’ve learned a lot about what is better and more helpful for weight loss and staying in shape and eating smarter that I honestly would not have bothered to learn on my own, so she has definitely helped me become more consistent and disciplined in that aspect 😅. 10/10 would train with her again 🦾☺️

Best training experience by far in the last 7 months! I hadn’t been able to work out consistently for 2 years prior to starting training with Diana but her enthusiasm to help me and my friend reach our goals to lead a healthier and more balanced lifestyle has motivated me to include more workout sessions on a weekly basis. I can honestly say that I am excited about my fitness journey because I like seeing how my body is becoming more toned, feeling more energized and confident, and seeing improvements in my sleeping habits from adding more physical activity to stimulate my body and mind. Seeing how I am challenging myself to push a little extra in every work out session versus not lasting very long at the beginning goes to show how much of Diana’s encouragement and help in adjusting my form has helped me in developing more endurance. Discipline for nutrition is still a work in progress for me but knowing that Diana provides individualized feedback for what can work better for me makes me feel confident that with discipline and making some adjustments, I will be getting much closer to hitting my fitness goals in a healthy manner!!! 🏋🏻♀️🧘🏻♀️🦾❤️🔥

This is my first time ever going to the gym I’m 38 mom of 3, I was very insecure self conscious about it
But Diana made me feel comfortable. She’s so patient and understood my insecurities. She has helped me out a lot with understanding this journey and also with nutrition . I’m very happy with my progress, I’m not where I want to be yet but this is the best that I’ve ever felt (health wise). All I can say is that she’s awesome!

I've been coming to Diana since the end of January 2021. I had never thought about hiring a personal trainer before, but after having my son in June, I knew I needed some help to lose the weight I had gained and then some. The results that I am seeing are blowing my mind!! I'm a heavy woman, 300lbs plus heavy. I always thought that because of my size cardio was the only way I could see results. Diana has taught me that, that isn't the case!! My body is transforming!! I'm losing inches like crazy and pounds gradually, like the correct way. She has taught me how to eat and still get what I need without depriving myself and making it an unlikable experience. I appreciate her accountability, I'm grateful for her guidance, I'm ultimately blessed that I chose her to train with! I have a long way to go, and I'm getting there with knowledge about my body that I simply didn't have before. I didn't know what it was capable of doing, heck I didn't know I was capable of allowing my body to do what it's doing now. Making the decision to have Diana as my personal trainer was hands down the best decision I made all year. My first month training with her I gained muscle, lost fat and inches, and I have more stamina for my workouts. She has kept me motivated, has always been positive, and always validated me when I doubted myself. The workouts are always fun yet challenging. She knows how to push you to better yourself. Amazing!! I came to Diana with an almost impossible goal of mine with such a small time line. It took a minute for me to be consistent with my diet and my training, but Diana helped me through that, keeping me accountable to myself more than anything else. We played with my diet, continued to work hard and finally got to where I needed to be to join the army. I lost about 40lbs working with Diana once I finally got serious about my diet and exercise, and reached my goal. I never felt judged for cheating on my diet, but she knew how to put a fire under me to make me realize how important consistency was if I wanted to reach my goals. She's so much fun, energetic, and patient. Everything you need in a trainer. I always felt comfortable working with Diana and we always came in to work!
She taught me the fundamentals of dieting and how much it actually takes to lose weight. I highly reccomend Diana as a trainer to everyone who is ready to finally make that change in their life and embark on their fitness journey. Thank you Diana, for everything.

One of my main goals this year was to eat better, start working out and overall live a healthier lifestyle. With Diana’s help, I’ve definitely gotten on the right track to do so. She’s very knowledgeable about nutrition and will give you advice on anything you may be struggling with or tips that will enhance your workouts’ success. She also provides checkins that allow for you to measure your progress to see where you’re going wrong or right; accountability is definitely enforced but only to ensure ultimate results! I’ve learned so much throughout my experience and know that it was beneficial for me to have trained with such an awesome trainer! She’s the best! & she’s super sweet! For a very long time I haven’t felt good about myself and my confidence level has dropped. My eating habits weren’t the best and I didn’t have guidance. I would overeat and I was not active at all. I reached out to Diana and I started this journey with her. She has guided me towards the right direction. I am feeling so much stronger now and I have a boost of energy I haven’t felt in so long. Diana is an awesome trainer who keeps it really & all about her clients health. After training with a few other girls, I have learned a lot more about living a healthier lifestyle . She has educated me on how to eat healthier according to my body , a variety of workouts , my formation, and how to use the gym equipment properly. I was able to drop 2% body fat and gain some muscle mass. This only the beginning of my journey and highly recommended Diana. She makes working out fun & is very supportive! Diana trained me for about 5 weeks teaching me the fundamentals of healthy nutrition and targeting proper form before really getting into my workouts. She changed my life for the better. I discovered Diana’s Instagram page one night in May when I was feeling down about my appearance and health. In September I finally pushed myself to investing in myself and began training with Diana. This week will mark my 3 months with her and I feel amazing. My progress is happening slowly but surely! She is amazing. Not only does she help you with your format and health habits, but she’s also very caring and friendly. She had reasonable prices and is willing to work with your schedule, which was great for me being a full time student and worker. If you are looking for someone who will kick your butt, while also being gentle with you Diana is the way to go.

My first time joining Diana’s 8 week challenge was amazing. She will motivate you and make you feel 100% comfortable. Diana has patience with all her clients to teach proper form. I joined Diana’s 8 week group training/challenge and we’re 5 weeks in. When I first met her she seemed nice and approachable so it felt natural establishing a dialogue with her. I feel like she can help anybody no matter how big or small work on your body and promote a healthy lifestyle change. She has her degree in physical education and kinesiology, and runs a successful business so she knows what she’s doing! She has amazing workout plans that will make you feel great about the work you just did! She offers advice, meal plan, and holds you accountable with weekly check-ins. If you’re looking for a personal training with nutrition guidance and exercises go to Diana Fitness! My favorite things about training with Diana- 1. The price is good! When you’re investing in your health the benefits are priceless but she is affordable! 2. She is considerate and modifies exercises if you have a medical condition i.e. bad back, knees, etc. 3. She is positive, calm, and motivating. Her personality makes her training process and workouts enjoyable. One thing I will say, when you train with her, do yourself a favor and be responsible and take accountability. A trainer will not do the work for you, she is there to guide you and offer tools, exercises, and wisdom. If you do not succeed with Diana Fitness you need to look in the mirror.

I just finished the 8 week challenge with Diana and i lost 10 lbs and 11 inches overall. It is so hard for me to loose weight i have tried everything and i always end up failing because i do not loose weight or loose weight too slowly that i get frustrated and quit. What i love about Diana's program is that its all about balance and she does not forbid me of carbs! I have learned that as long as im in a caloric deficit i will loose the weight. Also she is always modifying the exercises for me when needed because i have a bad lower back. I love that she's always on the lookout taking care of me. I'm ready for my next 8 week challenge 💪

Having Diana as a personal trainer is the best decisions and investment I have made. She has not only thought me how to believe in my self to make healthy changes in my life style, but has thought me how to balance meals and how to perfect work outs. I enjoyed working with Diana. My main issue is the nutrition part. Diana taught me that I dont have to stay on the keto diet to get and stay inshape. I learned " flex eating" and all about "macros". I didn't lose a ton of weight but we definitely saw gains in all the right places. 🏋️♀️👍🍑

I am currently doing a 6 week challenge with Diana and it’s honestly been great. She really pushes you but makes sure you’re not going to hurt yourself by doing too much when you train with her. This challenge has made the gym a part of my daily routine now. Having this routine will make it easier to continue this journey even after the challenge is over. It’s been so much fun and such a huge learning experience I might even do another challenge in a couple months! I would definitely recommend training with her even just starting out doing one of her challenges bc it’s very affordable and you still learn so much.

Diana is amazing and so knowledgeable in what she does. At first I was afraid of getting a PT because I wasn’t going to feel comfortable. With Diana I am more than comfortable and motivated. Working out isn’t always fun, yeah it’s hard work but she makes it challenging and doable. She modifies workouts and motivates you to challenge yourself. I joined diana.fitnessx because I sit down at work all day with little to no movement for 8hr. My body was beginning to stiffen up and I was always in pain. I am a 72 year old woman with a knee replacement. Diana has been a terrific trainer for me for the last two or three years. She is very knowledgeable about training for someone of my age, constraints and abilities. Diana is always encouraging, but at the same time, manages to step up my efforts. She is very good about trading out exercises. If I have difficulty with an exercise targeting a specific area because of discomfort, she substitutes an alternative. I fight my weight constantly and she points me towards better choices and doesn’t shame when I fail. I have had other trainers before and have ultimately been defeated by them. Diana makes training as fun as it can be for someone like me who doesn’t naturally enjoy it. Because of Diana, I am able to do things that I do enjoy — hiking, kayaking, body surfing with my grandsons, and even learning to SCUBA dive. I want to stay active and, thanks to Diana, I think I will!
