Diego’s Power Alley Gym has a specific vibe and culture, it’s for the person who’s serious about getting a body transformation. I came into the gym knowing a few lifting routines but the personal trainer (Diego) corrected my form and taught me many things I had never tired. For me the transformation has been five star. Yea, the gym isn’t in a five star area but whatever. I hit the workout hard then relax in the sauna. The gym is very clean and isn’t packed with stinky people who don’t know what they’re doing like all the other corporate gyms in the area.
