Camden at Dimensional Fitness Concepts has been incredible to work with. After my hysterectomy, I was looking for someone who could help me rebuild strength and feel confident in my body again—and Camden delivered. She’s knowledgeable, supportive, and knows how to push you without overdoing it. I always feel safe, challenged, and seen in our sessions. The gym is never overcrowded and everyone is so friendly. I have been working with Lorraine for over 25 years. She has rehabbed me following fractures (shoulder,, both wrists). What I like most about her is she individually sets your workout never the same each day directly fit for your current needs
I am 77 yrs old, I am trying to maintain muscle with weights, work on posture and more importantly core strength and balance. If it were not for Lorraine I know I would have fallen or lost my posture n muscle strength. I get one on one attention n recommend anyone any age to go to Dimension al Fitness they have many certified trainers all ages working out there and all good. I know because if Lorraine is out of town I work out with one of them.i have done deep breathing classes n they have Zumba yoga and much more to meet everyone’s needs. Try it you will love Dimensional Fitness.

I highly recommend training with Lorraine especially if you are over 50!! I’m a young 70 and thanks to Lorraine I have the strength, mobility, and balance to keep up with my 4 young grandchildren!!! I especially love her group classes where I have met the best women to train with while we sweat, grunt and giggle!! Lorraine has the most positive and energetic attitude you would want in a trainer! My trainer is Candace. I started with her in 2023 and was consistently going 2x a week until about September 2024, then switched to 1 day a week as I had changed jobs.
Candace is absolutely amazing! She is flexible with her schedule and does the best to fit her clients in. She is encouraging and makes each work out something to look forward to. She helps you accomplish goals you thought you’d never be able to achieve. She’s super sweet and easy to talk to. I couldn’t ask for a better personal trainer and friend.

I started coming here for the infrared yoga about 2 years ago. Lorraine’s class is amazing! Such a beautiful, spotless, peaceful room. The infrared, UV and ozone make the experience even better, a really great workout with detox effects. Lorraine is an incredible instructor who cares. Lorraine's Infrared Hot Yoga class is absolutely amazing, and it’s become one of my favorite parts of the week. The combination of the heat and the movements really helps me feel relaxed and rejuvenated after every session. It’s the perfect balance of challenge and relaxation, and I always leave feeling so much better, both mentally and physically. My friend referred me to Lorraine’s studio, and my only regret is not finding her sooner 😌. Red light combined with her authentic personality / style is unmatched. She genuinely cares about people and gives amazing tips about health, and leads us with beautiful (non-“yoga”) Christian music, which is beautiful! 10 out of 10! Her classes generally fill up, but not so much you can’t get in. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely amazing! I had never tried yoga and was stoked my first class was free. It was the best thing I ever did. I highly recommend! I have now been attending here for over two years every Saturday and sometimes Monday !!! The teacher is kind, knowledgeable and very informative! I absolutely love this Jim. Primarily for the hot infrared strength, the mobility classes on Mondays and Saturdays. They disguise themselves as yoga, but they are actually incredible strength and mobility classes.
Lorraine is seriously one of the best instructors that I have taken a class from. She is constantly switching up what we do but not so much that you don’t know what to anticipate. I leave every single class feeling like I absolutely challenge myself and feel like I Did really healthy work for myself. I’ve been taking her class almost religiously every Monday and Saturday for at least a year and I have noticed a significant increase in my core strength and my hip and leg flexibility. My posture is better and my alignment is better and I know for sure that it’s a direct result of this class.
It doesn’t hurt that the instructor is an absolutely phenomenal human being and legitimately cares about everybody in the class. That’s very refreshing and she makes class feel like you’re working out with a group of friends as opposed to a room full of strangers. You should absolutely check it out if you are looking for a new jim to call home.

My fitness journey with Dimensional Fitness Concepts started in 2020. I took a break from strength training for 2 years and ended up with chronic back pain. After multiple trips to the doctors and physical therapy, I decided I needed to find a personal trainer/gym that was going to meet my physical needs. I started One-On-One personal training with Lorraine and then she encouraged me to join a group class. I exercise with a small group of Amazing Strong Women!

I can't say enough good things about Dimensional Fitness! The entire team is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive. I’ve struggled with consistent workouts due to back problems, and anything I tried in the past would always lead to pain. But Lorraine’s infrared yoga class truly changed everything for me. She has such a deep understanding of the body and how to work around injuries, and thanks to her, I’m now pain-free and getting stronger every day!
I also worked with Matt, one of the trainers here, who is amazing. He really took the time to understand my limitations and created a workout routine that strengthened me without putting any strain on my back. I have been working out with Lorraine and a small group of gals for about 3 months. I have to say, in these 3 shorts months, I have noticed a big difference in my overall feeling of well being. I have lost a few pounds and definitely a few inches, but the biggest thing I’ve noticed is just how good I feel about my fitness. lorraine is absolutely knowledgeable in physical health and I love her yoga infared class on saturdays she is very caring and motivational and always checks on you like if you were family, she doesnt treat you like another customer or another dollar sign she is amazing! i try my best and if i can not keep up she does not yell at me and reminds me to not stretch past the thresh hold or pain breaking point she always says yoga does not hurt and go where your body wants to go. amazing yoga instructor, i definitely recommend dimensional fitness concepts.

As a competitive athlete in high school and college I lost my routine and habits as my schedule was filled with work and family… I now have my set routine and I thank DFC for their top quality facility. I started training with Lorraine and the DFC fitness group 4 years ago Nov. Lorraine is an outstanding trainer, and health coach. She drives hard, pays attention to detail and form to prevent injury, all at the same time to achieve great results. I really appreciate Lorraine's help! I have never been a gym person, and if I did go I would just use the elliptical because I didn’t really know what else to do. Working with Candace has changed all of that for me. She meets you where you are on your exercise journey, motivates you to keep going and cheers you on the whole way. I've been going to DFC since April and have been doing my personal training sessions with Candace. When I started, I wasn't in great shape, and had been neglecting my health. Due to bad knees and ankles I also always found it hard to stick with a program as I'd constantly injure myself and stop exercising as a result. Candace was both patient and accommodating of my needs, while still pushing me to do better. As a result this is now the longest I've ever stuck with a program and I'm in a much happier place with my health as a result. This is a great gym with great people if you are looking for a personalized experience. I highly recommend if you're looking to get in shape to give Candace and DFC a try!

I don’t know where to start but Lorraine is truly the BEST trainer and has helped me transform physically and mentally. Initally, I started training with Lorraine several monthso to get in shape for my wedding because my best friend trained with her too and looked incredible for her wedding.
I strength train 2x a week with her and always walk away sore and feeling stronger after each session. My upper body has always been weak and I’m finally gaining muscle and getting toned arms! I also started going to her hot yoga, which is a great mix of strength/stretching. It’s challenging but helps me mentally to destress.
Training with Lorraine is my favorite because she’s motivating, truly cares about each client’s progress, challenges you, and has the biggest heart! She’s hilarious and always makes me laugh, which makes the workouts fly by.
One of my favorite parts about DFC is that it’s incredibly clean. Lorraine keeps her place pristine. Its a bright airy studio with a calming presence. Also, her hot yoga studio has infrared technology that is so good for our bodies + kills bacteria! It’s really hard to find any yoga studio that offers this. Side note - I’ve been to several hot yoga studios and always feel like I’m suffocating from heat and hers does not. It’s comfortable and easy to breathe during your flow.
Since joining her studio, I’ve recruited my mom and and sister-in-law to join our workouts and we love it. Lorraine has become more than just a trainer but friend of ours, who we love dearly! We couldn’t get wedding ready without her and so thankful for her keeping us strong and healthy!!!!

The holidays are approaching fast, if you want to be healthy, fit, strong and look your best come check out DFC Fitness. They have the best personal trainers who do both group and one-on-one training. It's a super clean and beautiful gym with state of the art equipment. I've trained there for years and wouldn't go to any other gym. DFC also has a beautiful yoga studio offering both hot infra red and regular yoga classes. Enrolling in Dimensional Fitness was the best decision I could've ever made for my all around health! For years I have struggled with low back pain and have never found anyone that has been able to really help me. I started my training journey thinking maybe I'd get some positive results but little did I know how much my entire body would completely change. Before training with Lorraine I had weekly back pain that stood challenges for me in every single aspect of my life, I am now 29 weeks pregnant and am experience little to non at all!! which is truly a dream come true especially being pregnant for my first time. Feeling as good as I do training weekly while pregnant I know my body will bounce right back! All awhile prepping my body for that big day. The environment at DF is so motivating, encouraging and most of all welcoming. You really do feel like home here. DF really is a one stop shop, offering yoga- with inferred lighting which is SO beneficial for you, weight training, and nutritional guidance.
