The Direct Fitness approach to fitness is a realistic one; built around developing personalized movement regimens (PMR) that my clients can enjoy and repeat. When I first started exercising I was crippled by everything I had yet to learn and the feeling of being far “behind” compared to those who had the depth of knowledge I wished to develop. So my approach to coaching is helping exercisers find exercises that meet them directly wherever they are on their fitness journey.

I go to Brandon’s spin class. He incorporates lots of upper body motion and lots of high rpm low resistance. He has a new motion each class which keeps it fresh. The music is on point!

I have had several trainers in the past 20 years. Brandon is the most prepared of them all. I never get the feeling that he just now showed up for our appointment and is making the workout plan as we go. He has definitely planned MY workout in advance. We set goals together and we make adjustments to the goals as I progress and find I need more or less work on a specific body area. He always enters the room smiling. He likes his work.
