At Distinct Physique Fitness we specialize strength and conditioning group fitness classes, personal training and Spartan Race training. I offer obstacle specific classes for those obstacle and mud run enthusiasts. Each workout is different and challenging. Be ready to be motivated and have fun when you walk in the door!

I spent about three and half years trying to find the right fitness spot in this area, and the moment I walked into Distinct Physique Fitness, I knew I had finally found it. Rhoda truly cares about her clients, listens to your goals, and always offers modifications that fit your fitness level.
I was looking for a gym and a trainer who would not only get me back on track but also push and challenge me, and that’s exactly what I found here. Distinct Physique Fitness feels like home now, and I genuinely enjoy being part of this amazing community.
Over the past five months, I’ve gotten so much stronger. With Rhoda’s support and guidance on nutrition, I’ve made some real changes in my nutrition. I can already see the difference in my body composition, and I feel better all around.
I can't wait to share my before and after pics at 6, 9, and 12 months, this journey is just getting started!

I've been a member for 10 years! Rhoda and the DPF family have been such a HUGE INFLUENCE in my life and my transformation ❤️. If you're looking for group classes, semi-individual and individual training, Rhoda offers it all! From strength and conditioning, Spartan training, weight lifting, HIIT, it's all here! I've been to other gyms, but the strength level, energy, family-feel, and motivation are unmatched.

This gym is simply the best. I have been (group) training at this gym 5 days per week for nearly a decade. What I love most about this gym is the variety of the training. This is not a cookie -cutter gym. The coach/owner (Rhoda Mason) is at each and every session, so you are never left to figure out a complete training session on your own. Each sesion is well thought out to keep movement diverse and engaging. And you will not find a more fun or supportive group of people to train with. The diversity doesn't end with the training. Rhoda is an expert in nutrition, recovery, motivation, and more. Very highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things!!! The environment is incredibly supportive, and I always feel encouraged to push myself to meet my goals, both inside and outside of the gym. The small group classes are fantastic—tailored to my needs and always challenging. I leave each session feeling stronger, both physically and mentally. This is the longest I’ve ever stuck with one training program, and it’s because I see results AND feel supported by the community at Distinct Physique. What an amazing trainer & even better person. (Rhoda) Distinct physique (fitness) is more than just group classes , 1 on 1 or spartan specific training it’s where individuals have made a fitness community/team of hard-working, supportive people that look after each other and push each other further than they would have on their own. Another huge bonus is that they have a physical therapist (on-site/discounted) and an entire recovery room that is included for all members. With over 80 classes available a month you can’t go wrong.

I’ve trained with Roe at this location for almost three years. I’ve always been into fitness and being better than I was yesterday, but training with Roe adds an additional layer of accountability and trust that she will get me to my goal. I’ve lost 30lbs in three months training with Roe, and put it all back on because I stopped training. I just started back training with Roe and have already dropped from 237lbs to 216lbs this morning in a month and a half. More to come! Let’s GOOOOO! Thank you Roe for being consistent and being there for me!

I’ve been working out with Rhoda for a long time. One thing about Rhoda is you will never be judged for where you are on your fitness journey. I have never felt stronger or more confident. Rhoda has pushed my out of my comfort zone and I’ve been able to see great progress. Rhoda is very patient but driven to get you to whatever goals you set for yourself. She will push you but she will also listen to your concerns and modify as needed. Even if your progress is large or small she is there celebrating each accomplishment with you. Rhoda does not only talk the talk but she lives by example. I am very honored to know her and have her in my corner.

I have been coming to Distinct Physique since 2018. I was battling a skin condition and vertigo which was caused by stress. The first day I trained with Rhoda (she didn’t think I’d be back lol) my vertigo disappeared with in the next month my whole body was clear from the breakout I had.
I went on and off after COVID due to injures/pregnancy. I started coming consistently again started May 2023 and I am seeing results in my strength! I was able to hold my self while hanging from a bar (which I have never been able to do) I am lifting heavier than I have before.
Rhoda is amazing, she is so knowledgable, she has helped me with my nutrition and stretching. She always takes time to explain things to me when I have questions about how to improve my movements or even nutrition.
The people at the gym are like family and we all encourage each other. I love my Gym ❤️❤️

Rhoda is one of the best personal trainers that I have trained with. I have been working out for many years and up until working with Rhoda never really found a good fit with a trainer who created challenging daily workouts, took a real vested interest in her client's goals and was so professional and encouraging. Being new to the area, I tried many gyms and trainers before signing up to work with Rhoda, I am so glad that I did!
