STRENGTH. FUNCTION. PILATES. MASSAGE
Whether youβre an athlete competing at the highest level or a senior simply wanting to play with your grandkids, muscle pain, performance, and flexibility limitations are almost always initiated by vulnerabilities in the bodyβs musculoskeletal system. Weak, tight, or stressed muscles provide inadequate support for the body, leading to posture problems, stiffness, and debilitating soreness.
Working with you individually or in collaboration with your medical practitioners, we customize a comprehensive, integrative program specific to you. With each visit to our comfortable, cutting edge studio, we assess your needs and work with you personally to help you reach your goals.

I had an incredible experience with Sarah and Rob at Diversified Soft Tissue Therapy. Their expertise and skills are evident from the first assessment to every single session. Sarah took the time to understand my concerns and pain spots, creating a customized plan that perfectly addressed my needs. The entire team provided outstanding care and support, making my journey a positive and empowering experience. I highly recommend Diversified Soft Tissue Therapy for anyone seeking top-notch Pilates or Strength Training.

I joined a last minute drop in pilates class on the reformer using the mind body app. What a great studio! Bright and cheerful! Owner and instructor Sarah lead the class and was mindfully attentive checking our breathing and form. And patiently adjusted as I became familiar with new exercises! Will definitely go back again soon!

By far, the best out there. Best instructors, best facility and reformers and best value. You will never go anywhere else after your first class here. Thank you DSTT!

This studio is fantastic! Have been going the last 4 months, their automated system has a crazy simple app to set up your classes and if you put the time it can really transform you, strengthening my core was a goal after having a baby. Mission accomplished in two months, now just have to keep going!!! Highly recommended!

Pleasant studio and staff in downtown PG, located downstairs under the International Cafe. I give it 4 stars because I tried the Reformer Group Classes, trying to sign up online for only the sessions that said limited to 6 people so I could stay on a Reformer the whole time. That only worked for 1 out of 3 times, the other times there were more people than reformers and we were forced to split up into mat work half the time. If you don't mind mat work then this would work for you. I have leg injuries and can't kneel or do lunges, I specifically like to work on the reformer. Today's class should have been limited to 6 but there were 8 (why?), and I was told at the beginning of class we weren't using the reformer I was sitting on because the floor space was needed for mats. The teacher wanted me to do mat work and modify around my injuries, but that's not why I signed up, my intention was to truly be on the reformer. So again, if you like the mat work then the group pilates will work, if you only want the reformer then no.
