Daizsha was very welcoming and friendly. She explained all of the exercises and made it clear that she’d be happy to explain it again if we needed additional assistance. She was very knowledgeable and diligent about explaining the benefits and which muscles we working. Her form was amazing, too. It was a great first class and I’m glad that it was with Daizsha.

I highly recommend the virtual training program ran through Liz. The workouts were tailored to my own strength and needs, especially being postpartum I felt like they were appropriate for my healing body. I loved how each day was different and divided by pull, push and core so I always felt motivated to do a workout and didn't dread "leg day or arm day." I felt the workouts were doable even with 3 kiddos. Liz was also super responsive via chat if I had any questions or concerns. Overall I was very happy with the virtual training and felt like it was 1:1 even though it was through an app. This is a great program for anyone who wants to take stress of figuring out a workout plan, needs a little coaching, or has a busy complex schedule were you can workout on your own time!

As a former group exercise instructor I have never found a more supportive group of individuals who truly care about you. The coaches are so amazing, the classes are smaller so the coaches can actually provide individualize training in a group setting. 5 stars all day long!

10/10. Best gym and coaches around!! I’ve been a member since Day 1 over 3 years ago and personal trained with DJ for several years prior. I’ve been supported through it all from wedding, pregnancy and postpartum. The gym is such a supportive and motivating environment and have met and grown with so many people. If you’re a beginner looking to start their fitness journey or seasoned and looking for a new home - this is definitely the place!!

I love this gym so much. I switched from a traditional gym in town to this gym and I’m not looking back. The trainers are ALL so knowledgeable and encouraging. If you haven’t yet joined a class you need to. It’s been a whole year since I switched over to DJK fitness and let me tell you it was the best decision ever! I will say I was a little hesitant to switch gyms, but the coaches and members at the gym made it much easier to adapt. Everyone is very welcoming and sweet! I will say I enjoy all the workouts, I do see a difference from joining DJK. I’m excited to see what the future hold here with my gym journey!

I’m new to DJ’s gym and my experience has been absolutely top notch. Both DJ and Liz are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I took a free intro class that DJ taught and was immediately drawn to the structure of the class.
I have worked out at other gyms and I’m trying to break some of the bad habits I have learned that compromises form and safety. DJ and Liz have a great deal of patience and precision in their instruction. I appreciate their attention to the minute details. I’m learning proper techniques and minor adjustments to help me achieve balanced workouts and hit my fitness goals.
I appreciate the aesthetics of the gym and the cleanliness of it. The gym has multiple offerings of classes that will meet anyone’s needs. They also have multiple options for membership packages. The variation of workouts are fun and challenging. It amazes me how I work up a sweat in every single workout session I’ve had here. Another plus is that the gym has a FIT3D scanner that allows members to get biofeedback on their progress.
The other members have been warm and welcoming. During the workouts you immediately get a sense that the members here take pride in their workouts.
This gym definitely has it all for me and I’m excited to see where it takes me on my fitness journey.

Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and overall well-being. From day one, I could feel that this place was more than just a gym - it's a community. The support from the coaches and fellow members keeps me motivated every single day.
The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, not just about fitness, but also about proper nutrition and how it plays a crucial role in reaching personal goals. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build strength, improve endurance, or just move better, they meet you exactly where you are and help you create a sustainable, personalized plan. What I appreciate most is their attention to detail when it comes to proper form and technique. They genuinely care about keeping you safe and helping you perform each movement correctly, which has built both my confidence and results.
One of my favorite parts of being a member here is the fun fitness challenges the gym regularly organizes. These challenges create a friendly, encouraging competition that brings the community even closer together while pushing us to new levels. It's impossible not to get inspired watching others hit milestones and knowing you have that same support behind you.
If you're looking for a place where you'll be supported, challenged, and surrounded by like-minded people, this is the gym for you.

I have been going to this gym now for almost 3 years and I love it! Over the years, I have gradually increased my membership to where I am now, which is unlimited - I truly enjoy it and can feel myself consistently getting stronger! I attended a 2-hour nutrition class at DJK today, which was very well-organized and provided an excellent overview of the concepts of sustainable nutrition and mindful eating The idea of "diet" as a noun, and not a verb, was also well-communicated. Coach Liz's presentation was easy to follow and enhanced by handouts and slides. Questions were handled well, indicating her strong background and interest in the topics of nutrition, exercise, and stress and sleep management. I left with increased resolve (and more tools) to address all of these areas in my day-to-day life. Thanks, Liz!

I recently took a class with Daizsha, and I was incredibly impressed. Her teaching style is truly exceptional. She provides clear, concise instructions, and her demonstrations of each exercise move are easy to follow. What sets her apart is her dedication to ensuring everyone in the class is performing the exercises correctly. She consistently circulate the room, offering personalized corrections and adjustments, which is invaluable.
I particularly appreciate that Daizsha doesn't just focus on familiar faces. She makes an effort to engage with everyone, regardless of their experience level or how often they attend class. Daizsha noticed my return and took the time to chat with me, making me feel genuinely welcomed back. This level of attentiveness and inclusivity is rare and creates a very positive and supportive atmosphere. Can’t recommend DJKfitness enough! This isn’t your basic gym. It’s small group classes but you feel like you’re almost getting a personal training because all the trainers are constantly walking around helping everyone with questions, form and technique. The trainers, DJ, Liz and Daizsha are all so knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, plus they all have really fun attitudes that make their classes a really good time. If you’re looking for a new gym that’s fun, encouraging, supportive but will also kick your butt into gear, then come check out DJK!

I started on my fitness journey at the beginning of 2023 with the incredible team at DJK fitness, guided by the expert trainers DJ, Liz, and Daizsha. This gym is such a huge part of my life. It's my happy place Monday- Saturday! Not only am I able to get the time I need to work out, feel good and look good but my family is able to get the same experience too, especially my son who does young athletes training and loves it. At this gym I have built up my confidence tremendously with strength training. I am beyond thankful to DJ for creating this gym. I have learned so much from him the last several years and I will continue working hard and seeing results. I have been able to put what I've learned into practice both inside and outside of the gym.
The trainers and the people who train with me are the community of DJK Fitness. Together we build strength and confidence. Everyone is equally supported by the trainers and we are a family. I love everyone here and

This gym has everything I need - the equipment is well laid out, and the group classes are always well organized and there is a cohesive progression of the workouts they create. In the group classes, they also do a great job of creating work-outs I'd never do on my own, which I think is the whole point. They also have the in body analysis / rotating camera thing, as a means of tracking your progress. DJ & Liz are both involved and supportive, and will create accommodations as needed (For instance my right wrist is kind of screwy, and he'll always help me work around that.) 5/5!

I have worked out and lifted weights for 18 years. I was brought here by a friend and really love the classes! I’m challenged to get out of my comfort zone and try new workouts. Nothing beats having the energy of other people doing the same workout as you and really pushing themselves. It’s a very welcoming place. Everyone including the coaches and members are kind. The members are at all levels of fitness so no need to be intimidated. The coaches are great at adapting and modifying and motivating each person individually! I highly recommend whether you’re a novice or 18 years in to your fitness journey.
