I love this little gym. It has everything you need to get a good workout in. It’s simplicity is what keeps me coming back. I’ve had memberships at Gold’s and LA fitness, but I always feel far more comfortable here. Everyone is kind, but keeps to themselves. No leering people, and I’ve never had to wait excessively for the equipment. The trainers are observant without being invasive. If you’re looking for something no frills, where you can get a good workout in, this place is a gem.

Not what I thought it would be. It seemed like a very lovely place, but as soon as the concierge told me there was no water station, I knew this was a gym that wanted people in and out as soon as possible. I don't have too much time during the week and prefer to work out at 8pm, which doesn't fill my needs and neither does being closed Sunday. I just wish they had expanded hours and were open Sundays at least for half of the day.

Been coming here for a couple of years now. The staff is amazing and friendly, the equipment is good and the community is great.

I enjoy going to a gym where I see regulars and have an emotional investment in the gym and community.

You get a wide variety of members, some body builders, some casuals and some just looking to better themselves.

I would recommend this gym to anyone!

While I never worked out here myself, we got my nephew a membership and he liked it a lot (and that's saying a lot for a teenager). It was always clean, organized, the owners were friendly and engaged and having seen inside the gym at differing times of day never seems crowded.

I needed a gym while I was in LA for a few weeks- this gym was everything I needed and more! I was in a leg cast with a knee scooter- Willis, the trainers, and all of the gym patrons were so accommodating and so helpful. They have all the equipment you would need; exceptionally clean and overall awesome! Will definitely be back when I’m in LA. Thanks from the girl with the pink cast.

I love this local gym and the community it has created for me! You are met with the nicest gym staff every time you walk through the door. They are there to help if you have questions, they always play great music, and help keep the gym clean.
I joined the gym at the very beginning stages of their renovations. It's been such a pleasure to see how far the gym has come! The equipment is always in great shape and again, super clean!
I love using the treadmills and they use to have some that would break constantly. They recognized this and replaced every single one of them with better working treadmills! You can see how much the owner cares for this gym, but also making sure the members are happy and have what they need to make reaching their fitness goals easier.

It's a perfect little local gym to get your workout in without the crazy crowd and waiting for available equipment. It's pretty clean too.
But unfortunately I didn't renew my membership due to the fact that their treadmills 85% of the time doesn't work. I was a member for 2 years! Too bad:(

This gym is all about community. The staff is very friendly and always ask about your workout and what you're working on. Members are nice and support each other. I have all the equipment I need to do weightlifting and the trainers are super knowledgeable !

I wanna give a shout out to this little gym. Great hours and the staff is polite. Never crowded. Not a huge gym but plenty enough. The best part is LOCALLY OWNED!!!! Not a big conglomerate like La fitness and the rest. They also don’t screw you on cancelling, no hold fees and no initiation fee. The one big big big downside is the music. It is very loud and hip hop, rap type. But, true to form, they accommodate me when I come in and play old lady music for me (disco and 80/90s). The monthly fee is reasonable, if it was any higher than 35$ a month I wouldn’t go but it’s perfect for this gym. The training cost is pretty expensive, 70$ an hour and you have to buy in sessions of 8 but Willis is a fantastic trainer! He is getting me in tip top shape.

No customer service, they kept charging my card for 8 months after I cancelled. Their team is so unorganized and will not refund you and will not communicate how to cancel a membership. Also very dirty and unkept.

Its a good small gym to workout for covid. Since the new owners the price is now $170 for 3 months. Once gyms open up definitely going back to LA fitness for $30 a month. Good equipment and overall it's a fine little spot to workout but your definitely paying a lot for less.

Is anyone else being charged while this business has been closed since March 19th? Other gyms suspended monthly fees. I emailed them since I continue to get charged 2 extra months (April and now May 2020) but no response. Their phone mailbox is full. Can't leave a message. They're usually good about customer relations but not sure what happened. Hope they reach out and get back to me soon or just refund me for the months they've been closed
