DOCS Karate is more than a martial arts school, they treat you like you are part of their family. As a 58 yr old beginner, they have helped me build confidence, flexibility, strength, fitness level, endurance, mental fortitude, self defense, and patience. I would definitely recommend this school if you're looking for Karate, Judo, jujitsu, taekwondo, yoga, stretching, massages, self defense etc... They are the most affordable martial arts school around who gives you tons of value for your buck!!!! You'll thank me later!!😉

I know DOCS Karate is the best Karate Dojo in town. Master Donald and his staff are excellent at what they do. No one is too young or too old to learn. I love how versitile the teaching style is. Both of my Daughter's were students and they learned a lot. I was also involved in the fitness part of the program.
