I used to come here when it was American Eagle, now my son wrestles here at Dog Pound. Everyone is super cool. Great environment and great tough training. Don’t listen to the whiners complaining cause everyone was busy and didn’t roll out a red carpet for them or because they didn’t answer their phone call. Boohoo. This place is awesome. My son loves it.

Excellent place to enroll your kids for fundamentals! Also great for teens and adults of all ages! Extremely knowledgeable staff with plenty of dedication, time, and experience in the realm! Coach Hector has a vast knowledge and core values that have taken his teams beyond what most coaches are capable of! Truly a legend that has made a positive impact on so many young adults! I can atest to this as a former pupil. Great job coach!

#1 reason we love DP- They are family owned and operated. Coach Hector and his family have poured so much into their business and we appreciate a safe space where children can learn, grow and make new friends.
Our family has been with DP for about 8 years. My children have participated in wrestling, boxing and kickboxing. All coaches have gone above and beyond to coach my children. The coaches care , encourage and motivate their team. Shout out to Coach Fo for his dedication and patience with the younger children.
Parents can also sign up for the gym and workout while their children are in class. It’s a win win. They also have a fitness camp on-site, there is something for everyone.

Dog Pound MMA Gym is the best, my daughter is taking KICKBOXING and Jujitsu has been coming here for about a month or little bit more. Coaches Freddy and Johnny are very dedicated and they take their time with each and one of the kids or adults to teach them the techniques. So far the best gym!

Great gym. Great classes. They have something for everyone and every age group. Myself and my kids have been coming here for a while and it is a great work out and my kids love the classes. The staff that works there go above and beyond to help in all fitness and training needs. Highly recommend Great programs for boys, girls, and adults.

Almost dont wanna rate this places as it's my favorite gym. Get in for some weights, or some classes. Boxing kickboxing wrestling and HIIT . Great place.

We went there to enroll our daughter in a wrestling class. When we arrived, nobody was at the front desk. We waited...and waited and waited. One of the instructors (with a sourly face) walked by a couple times, saw us there and did not even acknowledge us. After almost 20 minutes we left. Too bad for them; they lost a customer.

After many years of not doing a boot camp I am grateful to have been invited to this place. The Insteuctor is awesome. He takes the time to make sure your form is correct hence avoiding unnecessary injuries. Eventhough it is a group class it feels like you have a personal trainer. Will definitely make this part of my routine. Recommend for those that really don't know where to begin with their workouts.
