Dream Bodies Pilates is such a special place! Theresa is incredibly knowledgeable about Pilates and the healing power it has for the body. She takes the time to make sure each client feels supported and cared for, and you can tell she truly loves what she does. On top of her expertise, she’s so kind and sweet—it makes every session a joy. I also love that she decorates the studio for the holidays and always looks amazing—it adds such a warm and uplifting touch. Highly recommend!

I've been doing pilates with Theresa Holliday 2X/week for several years and she has helped me become much more fit, more flexible and strong. I have multiple medical conditions which have caused injuries and Theresa is so knowledgable she can adjust my workout to help me heal and to prevent future injuries. She works me hard but makes it fun and is very encouraging and supportive. I'm so glad I founds her! Thank you, Theresa!

I've worked closely with about a dozen excellent Pilates instructors in the past, but Theresa Holliday is in a category of her own due to her unique combination of experience, knowledge, skills and personality.
She listens. She watches. She asks questions. She thinks. She customizes every exercise for your unique condition, so you derive the maximum benefit at the very least risk. Then she asks for feedback in order to make any adjustments. All I have to do is show up and I know I will get better.

I got my back again with pilates stretching since August 2023. My husband takes classes plus to gym workouts. His skills improved. My 6 year daughter goes there to sculpt the spine. It really works. 9 month without pain ;)

Theresa is AMAZING! I started training with her to help with back and shoulder pain I've had for years and my only regret is not starting sooner. She is so attentive and knowledgeable about the body and has such a bright attitude it's a joy to train with her. She listens to your needs and has scaled our workouts to my progress wonderfully. I've been going to dream body Pilates for a few years and I really love the atmosphere and Theresa Holiday. It's the special attention you get with the one on ones that makes it feel special. You don't get that kind of attention in a group class and I have Rehab issues I need to pay attention to.
In her group classes, she still pays attention to your needs, and the results are amazing

Theresa's great! I have always been somewhat athletic but I lack mobility in areas like my hip flexors - increasing mobility drew me to her classes. As a middle aged golf lover I also have back problems from time to time. She has worked with me to target improved posture, as well as stretching and strengthening areas of my lower back to prevent injury associated with golf.

I see her three times per week and highly recommend her! In addition to the standard reformer (and Cadillac which I love) she has a special machine so that I don't put pressure on my back with scoliosis during some moves as needed. Unlike with a trainer I had in the past where I got a new pulled/hurt muscle each week, I have never had any issues here. I get a great workout each time and keeping getting stronger and feeling better without any setbacks.

I have been doing Pilates for several years, and this was like coming home. Theresa's style is warm, inviting, yet I WORK hard every moment I am in the studio.
Also, the proof is in the art of the instructor. Her body is exceptionally well trained and perfectly stunning. Plus she's funny as hell!
I prefer private training as I am needier than many, as I was injured in a private lesson in a studio in Culver City-the trainer was inattentive/distracted.
From warmup to wind-down, every moment is worth my time. If I cannot attend in person, I have equipment to do virtual lessons. While I don't love this, she's thorough and careful as I'm 64 and we both are mindful of injury.
You want to work? With a partner too? Individual or one-two-three others...This is the studio for you. Give her your body; it's indeed a dream. The changes have been phenomenal.
