DREAM ELITE: There is no place in sports for an egregious discrimination/retaliation petition against MY 8-year-old daughter who was the best gymnast you had according to Coach Sophie and other coaches!

Stop bullying kids!

Shame on you! Discrimination and retaliation are blatantly against SAFE SPORT/USA GYMNASTICS Code of Conduct!

We spent 3 years here in competitive gymnastics until we realized the hidden ugly side of the sport at this gymnastic center.

Firstly, the gym will try to gaslight you into believing scores are NOT IMPORTANT in competitive gymnastics to hide the current lack of competent coaching and lack of upgrades. They will systematically erode your gymnast confidence and morale by using favoritism, discrimination, control and other questionable training practices.

Secondly, parents if you are considering a new gym this is NOT the climate for a healthy positive athlete experience, and many of us know the sport of gymnastics historically has had quite a toxic past WITH EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL MISCONDUCT, FAVORITISM, DISCRIMINATION, GAS-LIGHTING and INJURIES. Read about it before considering this gymnastic facility.

We stand AGAINST TOXIC GYM CULTURE AND ITS SICK COVER UP.

THE GYM ALLOWS untamable parents who are unable to follow rules/safety protocols and unfortunately are ruining this gymnastic center and its reputation. Moreover, a group of mean parents OFTEN sit in earshot of the gymnasts and coaches and gossip horribly about ALL the things wrong with this gym. They talk about the coaches, lack of decent management and the lovely gymnasts in the most appalling terms and lack any form of respect for the gym and other new parents.

Management has lost CONTROL of the gym and cannot tolerate direct communication about the problems within their gym and turns a blind eye to the toxicity to avoid becoming an accountable professional business. They lack business acumen and the appropriate people management skills to handle such a task often berating parents about your different race/religion or the very real and troublesome safety complaints many parents have made. Instead, we the parents are seen as the problem, and they want to silence us. Not today!!!

Absolutely horrifying what goes on at this gym behind the scenes. Plus you pay fees/ tuition for this egregious treatment. Do not lock into a year contract! Stay and watch your child at all times.

As a parent of an athlete your ultimate concern should be for protection of their emotional/psychological and physical health and well-being. However, TOXICITY is driven from the top at Dream Elite all the way down to the head parent (who is friends with the owner) and protects the rot by badmouthing the honest and transparent parents who speak up against toxicity by saying we are LYING! The toxicity spills into your gymnasts training or lack thereof.

Lovely readers, even if the drive to a club is further or not convenient or costs a little more in tuition, save your gymnast and please go elsewhere! Best decision we ever made was to leave this dark TOXIC place behind. Avoid. You've been WARNED. Save your gymnast!

Management do not answer me to save face, deal with your problematic parents and go ahead and overhaul your unhealthy TOXIC gym CULTURE. There are many articles on how to do SO considering you won't listen to well-meaning vocal parents.

Unfortunately, every time I’ve called the lady answering the phone has been very rude and snarky. I find her attitude to be completely unprofessional and unnecessary. Also, they are always giving different information so it was difficult to communicate.

Echoing comments from over a year ago that still persist: coaches and groups change so often that it is hard for kids to adjust. Management is ok, and Veronica can often be rude or sarcastically droll, at best.

We love this gym!!! The coaches are great, the owner's a great, front desk is super responsive and wonderful and it's a perfect place to become an amazing gymnast! The location itself is centrally located, ton of parking and the facility is always super clean! My daughter loves being there ... very much mom/pop owned and operated which makes you feel like family!
