My family has had such a wonderful experience at DreamXtreme! From the moment we joined, the front desk team—especially Taffy and Helen—has been absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to help my daughter feel welcomed, supported, and excited about gymnastics.
My daughter has tried so many activities in the past—ballet, tap, pom, jazz, hip-hop—and performing always made her nervous. But in her short time at DreamXtreme, something has truly clicked. Her confidence has soared, she looks forward to every class (which used to be a challenge!), and for the first time ever she actually asked if she could perform. As a parent, seeing that spark has meant the world.
Taffi and Helen have been incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging throughout this journey. They took the time to answer my questions, offer suggestions, and really support my daughter’s newfound love for gymnastics. Their positivity and willingness to help made such a difference.
We are so grateful for the entire DreamXtreme team and the environment they’ve created. If you’re looking for a place where your child can grow, gain confidence, and genuinely enjoy learning, this is it!

I’m very disappointed with our recent experience at this gym. My children, who were genuinely excited and proud to have moved up to the Intermediate Tumbling class, were suddenly moved back down to the Beginner level after only a short time—without any prior discussion or opportunity for improvement.
They worked extremely hard, showed up consistently, and were thrilled about their progress. Instead of being encouraged or supported, they’re now being told to go backwards. This decision was discouraging, confusing, and honestly, very demotivating for them. As a parent, it’s heartbreaking to see that excitement taken away.
I understand the importance of fundamentals and safety, but I also believe in communication, transparency, and a growth-focused approach. If children are not ready, the staff should be working with them and parents proactively—not promoting them and then demoting them after they’ve already celebrated their progress.
Because of this, I felt I had no choice but to withdraw my kids and seek a program that offers clearer guidance, consistency, and respectful communication.
I think it’s important for other parents to know that the way these decisions are handled can have a huge emotional impact on kids. I sincerely hope the gym reconsiders how they approach these situations in the future.

My son is enjoying his classes but i really wish there wasn't so many other classes going on at the same time. The place is packed, not a lot of parking spots, you cant even see your child on the floor because theres so many kids and classes at the same time. There needs to be a limit i feel like, if they have a limit, maybe it needs to be decreased! Its actually very overstimulating

STOP SPAM TEXTING ME!!! HAVE NOT BEEN AT YOUR CRAPPY FACILITY IN 4 YEARS!!! NOW RANDOMLY IM GETTING SPAM TEXTS
ALL TIME. HAVE CALLED AND COMPLAINED TWICE NOW AND BLOCKED YOUR FACILITY. JUST STOP TEXTING AND EMAILING.
Replying back: I’ve done everything you have said in your reply back. I’ve unsubscribed, I’ve blocked your texts. Your company is still using another number to send me more unwanted texts. I unsubscribed to your emails and still received them. It’s annoying after not having anything to do with your company after 4 plus years I randomly start receiving all this junk!!!

We've been going to Dream Xtreme for almost a year and now that we're leaving the area, saying goodbye was so hard!
We started with a ninja class when my twins were 4 and they loved it. There were anywhere from 2-6 kids in class at any given time, depending on school schedules and whatnot. The boys enjoyed having more kids to play with while I actually liked when it was just them because they got all the attention. Ninja class involves climbing, running, jumping, learning to tumble, etc. Their coach remained consistent throughout their time, which helped them feel comfortable and know what to expect.
I started a Dreamchasers class with my shy 2-year-old about 7 months ago and didn't know how it would go. Being a parent and child class helped her feel comfortable, but she still stuck to me most of the time. Coach Cinnamon was amazing and gave my girl all the time and space she needed and I credit her with helping my little one come out of her shell. The first time Coach Cinnamon got a high five from my baby, my heart was so happy! By our last class, my little one was running off on her own, asking Coach for help over me, and truly enjoying herself. This class involved the obstacle course, dancing, stretching, learning balance, jumping on the trampoline, and playing in the foam pit.
Thank you all for an amazing time! It will be hard to find such a great team at our new location.

I'm really surprised by all the positive reviews! I really tried to give this place a fair shot as we've been going there for quite a while and I really wanted to love it. My kids started in a ninja class together. My son went to one class and would never go back in again because during that one class he got hurt and fell off of a bar and they wouldn't let him come to me. He's three. My daughter enjoyed the ninja class but then wanted a change. I enrolled her in dreamers one which I thought she would advance out of pretty quickly since she's five, but every weekend that we would go it's a different teacher which makes it hard when a 5-year-old wants consistency. So it became hard to get her to want to go to class every weekend because she would continually ask "Well is it going to be a different teacher?" She never advanced out of it since it was a different teacher every month and no one made any kind of note to have her assessed. The front desk staff continually acts like it's a bother if you have a question as well. I feel like I've wasted so much money for absolutely nothing out of this.

We're new in the area and were looking for some fun activities for my girls. I have a 10 and 2 year old and they both love coming to Dream Xtreme! I also take my nephew once in a while who is 4 years old and takes Ninja classes which works best for him and I can say that all the kids really enjoy their time here. The coaches are great and supportive! I really recommend this place to other parents.

My 2 yo son and I loved the toddler class we took with Coach Cinnamon these past 4 months. She was so kind, patient and encouraging to my son doing the obstacles and different activities. He is slow to trust people, but it did not take him long to trust her and be so excited to see Coach Cinnamon each week! The class was so much fun for him, but also just challenging enough for him to learn how to follow directions, practice perseverance and to gain so much confidence. We are taking a short break while we allow him to explore other extra curricular activities that interest him, but we will be back in the spring. Thank you Dream Xtreme staff and especially Coach Cinnamon!

First off from the time I took a visit to start a class for my child, no one was at the front desk the multiple time after driving over there because no one answers their phones there.
Secondly, My child had missed classes due to unforeseen life events. When i attempted to access her makeup tokens (5) it told me I couldn't do it online, so I drove over there again, to be met with the same not pleasant older woman who seems to always man the desk and makes you feel like you are interrupting her work when you need something administratively. If she is the owner, then this business is being ran my an individual who lacks tact and any agility to provide a good customer service. She would not allow me to use the tokens because I had disenrolled my child and said per their insurance, the wouldn't accommodate this. I asked for a refund since now my child cannot utilize the token and she refused to refund me over $175. My child's (X3) class is 140 a month for 4 sessions. I won't be returning if we move back here and I need to let everyone know this is a horrible business practice because it stated no where, that the makeup tokens had to be used while "still enrolled and paying their business a monthly fee". Seems like because I disenrolled my child they didn't like it and wouldn't refund our monies for the unused classes

Waited the entire month before judging because people don't always have good days, but our family came to a clear conclusion that a class for toddler's here with Helena and her assistant Doesn't seem like a class worth paying for.
In addition to learning the basics of gym etiquette and techniques Toddlers need to have fun, hear words of encouragement and see warm faces SMILING faces . The month experience was beyond below average.

Great staff and big gym with air-conditioning. The kid's love it here and even ask to have birthdays here. I've never had a problem here that wasn't solved immediately. We have been here for years, and will be here for years to come. They've also added another gym for their cheerleading program.

My daughter goes here and does team but doesn’t compete. She hasn’t really gained any new skills since starting. But we stay because I don’t want her to lose the skills she has. It also costs about $300 a month for 6 hr a week…

Look somewhere else. BEWARE. If you want a business that is kind/ honest/ straight or with integrity this is not the place you want to associate your child with. I have a 6 yo child wc attended their JR NINJA Co Ed class (30-40 mins ea) and just after his 3rd day attending, they told me on text+email they are dropping him off because he does not listen and lays around. MIND YOU my child tells them he is tired so he lays down and stops responding because they would not let him take a break. They did not tell me that is actually a STRUGGLE to them before dropping him off cold,, so I didn't tell my child any corrective action. To the business owners, go over your "About us" info and talk to your employees as well. Either change that info because it is misleading or be front about what your business really is for.

My daughter started at Dream Xtreme in 2015. She’s so happy there! She loves the staff and coaches! During this pandemic I have been so grateful for the precautions they have taken. That is such a relief as a parent that they are taking my daughter’s health and safety seriously. The team coaches are Xtremely dedicated to each athlete’s success. Their devotion to the athletes is unparalleled and, I speak from experience because my daughter has been to 2 other gymnastics gyms. I highly recommend Dream Xtreme Gymnastics! Dream Xtreme is my daughter’s happy place!

We moved to this gym from the gym in Davis and we could not be happier with the coaches and staff. They made my daughter feel welcome right from the start and have been great about working with us to get her prepared for this spring's competitive season. Delighted that we finally took the plunge. It is worth the extra effort, because my daughter is growing as a gymnast by leaps and bounds now!

The best place ever!! Dream Xtreme gymnastics is my home away from home. The staff there is like my second family and my teammates are like my sisters. The gym environment creates a bond that can never be broken. My best friend and I both got full ride scholarships to Cal and San Jose State University. The loving environment motivates me to be a better person in and outside of the gym.

My daughter goes to gymnastics here twice a week. We just had her birthday party here this weekend also. They cleaned it very good for us, they assisted in hanging decorations, carrying stuff in, and watched the kiddos while they played. I loved that they shut the whole place down for the birthday party so it was just our group. The coaches were super helpful and sweet and made the party go way smoother and was more enjoyable for all :) Thank you!

7 of your gymnast budged in front of me and several other customers in line at the Einstein bagels @denver international. An additional 6 gymnasts and sponsors continued to go under the rope to cut in line. What a example to set for your organization.

The adult supervision is terrible. Parents drop their the kids off, so if their kid is rude or not taking turn no one say anything! Even after the other kids tell them they are playing taking turns. BUT the deal breaker is paying for open jump witch is from 7-9 and them taking the stuff the kids are using and cleaning up at 8:20! I can understand picking up stuff that kids are not using but to take things out of the kids hands and breaking the little obstacle course they set up that they have played with the whole time seem a little rude. 40 minutes left to play is Ridiculous!

My daughter is enrolled. The program is great, the set up and structure is cool. The younger instructors are bossy at times and not patient for the younger kids IMO, so its been difficult for my daughter to transition in a class setting. For example, they told my daughter you need to follow directions! (shes 3) with a speech impairment (I’ve already told them). Id wish they’d talk slower and not have to rush through everything.

The place is awesome, BUT Google Maps does not seem to know where this is because the directions took us way away from here then doubled back to it. Took us twice as long to find as was necessary. 5 stars for Dream Xtrene and ZERO stars for Google Maps.
