Hi, I’m Danielle Van Horn and I am the owner of DVH Fitness. I am CFSC certified and I have 10 years of experience working as a personal trainer. I work with a wide variety of clients with varying goals and limitations. Whether your goal is to weight loss, building strength or improving your overall health, I am confident in my ability to help you reach your goals.

Danielle IS DVH Fitness and she is awesome! I just finished my third training session with her and it was a great and SAFE personal workout! Danielle was recommended by my Chiropractor as a personal trainer with a physical therapist background. She is dedicated to providing a completely personalized training program that is safe, progressive and focused on what I want to achieve. She is great at asking how I feel when doing each exercise and able to take what I tell her and explain either that what I am feeling is good or and indication that we should stop or alter that exercise. Danielle is great at explaining not only the how to but the WHY of each exercise in a way that is easy to follow and understand.
No matter what you want to achieve or where you are starting out, Danielle is the perfect partner for that journey! Unlike the one size fits all group training that most gyms offer, Danielle offers small classes where each person is guided in their own personalized workout. Definitely recommend her!!!

My husband and I have been training with DVH Fitness for almost 3 years now. I was originally at Orange Theory but felt I was not getting enough out of my workouts. I was looking for a more personal experience, geared toward my personal needs. Danielle has done that and more for us. It has literally been life changing! I am 62 and my strength, balance and muscle mass have all greatly improved. Danielle’s demeanor is so enjoyable and she’s extremely knowledgeable!!

Danielle has been my personal trainer for 7 years and counting. Danielle is a wonderful person and has always been an amazing fitness trainer. She is positive, passionate, and dedicated to all her clients. She will challenge you and encourage you. Danielle is also great when it comes to stretching and incorporating mobility exercises. For example, I have very tight hips and Danielle will make sure she includes specific exercises to improve my range of motion and mobility while getting a total body workout.
