Training with Danielle at Dynamic Core has been a truly transformative experience. Danielle’s approach, blending Pilates, brain-based movement and nervous system focused training, is unlike anything I’ve tried before. Each session feels intentional, intelligent, and tailored to what my body and mind need that day.
I love how Danielle takes the time to explain how movement, the brain, and the nervous system work together. Instead of just exercising, I’m learning how to improve my posture, mobility, balance, and overall function from the inside out. The nervous system techniques Danielle has incorporated have helped me feel calmer, more connected, and more in control of my movement. I’ve noticed improvements not only in my strength, but also in my daily energy, balance, coordination, and confidence.
Danielle’s expertise, supportive coaching style, and attention to detail make every session feel safe, personalized, and effective.
If you’re looking for training that goes deeper than a traditional workout, something that helps you understand your body, move smarter, and feel better, I highly recommend Danielle at Dynamic Core. This blend of Pilates and brain-based nervous system work is truly game-changing.

If you’re considering 1-on-1 sessions with someone who is genuine and an expert in their field, meets you with patience, and guides you with clarity, look no further. Danielle is exceptional, and I highly recommend her.
I recently scheduled a 30 minute counseling session for my mom but she became hesitant at the last minute because she felt it might increase her pain. Throughout the entire interaction, Danielle was incredibly understanding and compassionate. She offered multiple resources to help us better understand my mom’s condition and how to work toward a life without chronic pain.
What stood out to me the most was how thoughtful and knowledgeable she is in her field. The resources she shared weren’t just helpful for my mom—they genuinely helped me reflect on my own lifestyle and well-being. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with this level of empathy and generosity.

Had the pleasure of taking personalized pilates coaching from Danielle, and she’s amazing! She really helped me work on my posture and manage back pain, and also taught me how to listen to my body, like knowing when to rest and when to push myself. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and such a lovely person to work with.

I can't say enough good things about Danielle's expertise. I've worked with her for over two years, and she has helped strengthen my aging body through hip pain, knee pain, and a shoulder surgery. She continues to take classes and achieve certifications, and applies her learning to keeping our workouts both fresh and effective. She asks questions, tests the results, and modifies accordingly. Sometimes I use the word "magic" to describe what she does - especially her work with the Uve. On top of it all she is the nicest person you would ever want to meet.

I went to Danielle to help with some chronic knee pain. I was so happy with her professionalism and the time she took to understand my injury and ways to improve my pain and range of motion. She doesn’t focus on one joint; she understands whole body movements and injury prevention. So glad to have found her and will keep coming back! If you’re not sure about Pilates, I think Danielle would be a great introduction!

I had a session with Danielle to work on some balance issues related to ongoing post-concussive syndrome. She is knowledgeable and kind--and she sent me home with some exercises that seem to be helping. I highly recommend her.

I joined Dynamic Core in the beginning of November with a goal to strengthen my body and build muscle mass without injuring myself.
I have scoliosis and chronic shoulder and neck pain. I have been exercising on and off for the last 5 years; mostly off- I was getting injured easily. This is the reason why I wanted to take private lessons.
Since I have scoliosis, Danielle mapped my curve and showed where I need to strengthen and where to release.
I like that Danielle takes notes during the class – it allows to modify exercises as needed to make progress without injury. For example, for my upper body exercises, she asked me to turn my body a little bit to the right and my head a little bit to the left. As a result, my right shoulder and neck (they usually get tense and fatigued as soon as I start moving my arms) relaxed and I could continue with an exercise.
It has been a month since I started to workout with Danielle regularly. My first achievement –diminished low back pain.
It will take time to strengthen my upper back but now I think I can make it.
The studio is very thoughtfully organized; a high ceiling makes the room airy.

I have been working with Danielle for several years now and am so grateful that I found her! These are not your typical Pilates classes. Each session begins with her asking how I'm doing and if I have any specific areas I would like to work on.
I've struggled with sciatica for years and thanks to Danielle, I am fit and extremely active. She not only works with me in class, but will also text me helpful videos or exercise suggestions for things I can do outside of class.
Danielle keeps current and is routinely taking classes, etc. to expand her already extensive knowledge base. It isn't uncommon for her to have new and fun equipment to use in class based on something she recently learned.
If you are looking for a knowledgeable trainer who makes classes interesting and fun, has a warm and kind personality, and can help you work through physical issues, Danielle is definitely all of that and more.
