I came to Farid with chronic hip pain that had impacted my daily life for years. From the first session, he assessed me head to toe, spotting subtle posture issues and movement patterns I hadn’t noticed, like shifting my weight to the right when standing.

Farid’s approach is holistic—he doesn’t just treat the painful area but works on the entire body as a connected system. Our sessions have included stretching, mobility, strength work, and breathwork, all tailored to my specific needs.

Over the years I've had the opportunity to workout with multiple trainers, but none compare to Farid at E-Motion Training . I started off in possibly the worst shape of my life. Farid set me up with a personalized meal plan and workout guide. During this process to get back in shape I noticed many improvements to my overall health and lifestyle, which I will list.
1. Dropped 18 pounds. This included losing 10% body fat and gaining 7 pounds of muscle . (This was measured every two weeks)
2. Became more explosive, faster and stronger
3. Sex drive and testosterone levels skyrocketed
4. Became more confident
5. My mile times dropped from 10 minutes miles to as low as 6:30 minutes

I would describe Farid as a wholistic trainer who not only cares about your physical strength and weight loss goals but also makes you think of your overall health goals.

Since I started training with Farid, 3 years back, I see a huge improvement in my overall endurance and strength. When it comes to body or form, no one is more knowledgeable. He combines mobility, movement, strength and cardio training and works with you to achieve your goals.

He has taught me to run..and even look at doing marathons. I could never dream of even doing a 10 minute run before and now I am able to run efficiently for over 40 minutes.

Farid is also great with rehab and injuries since he treated my planter fasciitis through physical therapy and rehab and even ensured I was getting upper body workouts while I was in pain. He made me conscious of body, form and movement and was excellent with rehab. He has taught me to breathe properly and done several mediation classes to alleviate my anxiety and stress, which is something all of us deal with on an everyday basis. He has given me tools to recognize anxiety and breathe properly.

His space is equipped with all the tools you need for a full body workout. Also for someone like me, he changes up my routine consistently to keep me engaged and motivated.

I think I've had several trainers but Farid is like nothing I've ever experienced.

I have been a client w Farid for almost 2 years now. When I started working out with him I had severe lower back issues that were pretty debilitating for me in every day life. I can say that today, I am not just pain free, but am stronger than I’ve ever been. He does not have w cookie cutter approach to training .. he will do custom work with you to treat your pain, get stronger and live pain free. He has helped me with nutrition, mobility, strength and managing my stress. There are times when we workout when all we do is deep breathing to help me manage a stressful situation at work or in my personal life. I’ve had personal trainers before, but none are transformative and life changing like Farid.. I’m a client for life ! Cannot recommend him enough!

I've been working out on and off my whole life, but like many, I'd commit, get injured, fall off track, and before I knew it, weeks or months would pass, and all my progress was gone. This time, I decided to try something new and worked with Farid. He simplify things, and that changed everything for me.

Farid opened my eyes to a whole new way of working out, eating, and taking care of my body. I did a two-month cutting session with him and lost more body fat than I would've in 6+ months of traditional intense weightlifting. His workouts were so simple I didn't think they'd work--but I stuck with it and was blown away by the results. He designed a diet around what I like to eat and made it so simple to eat clean.

There's so much I could say about Farid and his program, but nobody wants to read a 20-page Yelp review. Just try him out for one month--I guarantee you'll be blown away. I can't wait to see what we achieve within next year.

I was referred to Farid from a friend after complaining of pain in lower back and sciatica. First session Farid focused on were my pain was located and what actions aggravated it. He is super focused on your body movements and readjusting you to make sure your form is perfect. After just 2 sessions my pain was reduced to almost being gone. He is the first person that has been able to help me. I still do the exercises and stretches he gave me and I am still pain free. Life changing experience; wish I would had found him sooner.

Based on my experience, e-motion training is the type of training that aims at deepening the connection between our bodies and it’s idiosyncrasies to our breath and our mind. Created and taught by a highly talented trainer - Farid - who elevates you to do all the above in a challenging, focused, and inspirational program. This training is something I personally recommend to most of my friends.

I have personally been hugely impacted by Farid’s training, as I suffered from numerous shoulder dislocations and was left with little to options besides surgery on both shoulders. Knowing Farid allowed me the possibility that I didn’t once have -- to improve my cognitive connection with my shoulder while greatly strengthening it. Thanks to Farid and his inspiration of what’s possible in my physical health and training, I have gotten to make my shoulders a focal point of my training continuously, and benefiting from both mobility (which I would have lost had I gotten surgery) as well as strength and intentionality to protect it from other risks of injury.

I hope that his work can be shared with as many as possible.

Amazing! Was never a fan, or should I say, never made the time to work on rehab and flexibility in my training. Meditation? Ha! Me?!? Ya right!

Well, due to Covid, I made the decision to try something different with Farid, and I couldn't be happier with that choice!

I have 3 bulging discs in my cervical spine/neck that gives was giving me issues on a weekly basis. After working with Farid for about 6 months now, I have only had one single issue with my neck in the pasts 5 months, when I typically would have at least 4-5 weeks of pain and hell.

My flexibility has improved to levels I never thought I would be capable of. I never cared too much about flexibility, but now that I have improved on it, I KNOW the benefits and will continue to work on that forever.

Posture... improved
Range of motion... improved
Speed... improved

To add, I NEVER thought I was the type that was capable of meditation. Farid worked with me on trying it a couple of times, and once I was able to get teh hang of it, WOW! Totally rejuvenating and helps tremendously with stress!

All in all, it is a guarantee that with Farid your body and mind will only improve! There are not enough great things I can say about my experiences training here. I plan on continuing training with Farid for a long time to come!

I am 66+ and Farid trained me like I am 25. His upbeat energy is contagious, he is perfectionist to the point of a fanatic. His patience is commendable. His constant push on me to be tougher really worked fantastic. I went for just Wim Hof method , and he added Tibetan pranayama, correct posture for body and mind, strength training, Fascia stretch, spine alignment. His encouragement made me get in to the icy water with ice floating for 5 and half minutes. I felt GREAT. My trip from New York to Los Angeles for training with him was one of the best decision I did.

I have had the pleasure of training with Farid for a couple months now and it has been life changing! He is an incredible coach, motivator, and friend to me. I am an action sports athlete that has worked with a lot of different personal trainers and he has been the best by far. His attention to detail and knowledge of how the body works is amazing. I also have never had a trainer focus on proper form and breath work as much as Farid. To me this has been an absolute game changer! I suffered from a lower back injury about 4 years ago and the pain has gone down significantly in the short period of time that I have worked with him. My back has never felt this good since the injury and I know that I am on the path to full recovery. His workouts are very intuitive, engaging, and challenging. He really helps you realize how your body works and what needs to done in order to fix things that are lacking. Farid is also one of the most inspiring people that I have ever met. He is really great at providing you with the right support to help you visualize your success and accomplish things that you did not think were possible. I have also noticed a huge improvement in all of the sports that I do. I am way more explosive and powerful! He has helped me program my brain to use the right muscles at the right time in any situation. All of my muscles fire without having to think about it anymore which truly amazes me. Lastly, he introduced me to several different breathing techniques that have helped me tremendously in everyday life. Anytime that I am feeling overwhelmed or stressed I utilize these techniques and all of the irrelevant stuff that clouds my mind fades away and I achieve clarity. All of the breathing techniques I have learned are amazing but Wim Hoff is my favorite. His style of teaching helped me pick it up very fast and I was able to start seeing the benefits of it very quickly. I do it everyday now and am loving it! All in all, Farid is the man and will help you achieve whatever goals that you have in mind. He is a certified warrior and healer in my mind and if you want to take your game to the next level he is definitely your guy!
