Best workout ever! ❤️ The "super slow" method of strength training gets amazing results in brief but intense 30 minute weekly sessions. Strong muscles = strong bones. The facility is beautiful, quiet, very un-gym like, and impeccably clean. Owners Falcon & Bonnie are lovely, and my trainer Kendell is an inspiration, so positive and encouraging. I've been coming since 2018 and still love my weekly workouts. Wonderful chair massage after every session. Highly recommended!

If you’d told me a year ago that I’d be writing a glowing review for a gym, I’d have laughed out loud—mostly because the idea of me joining a gym was already pretty funny. And yet, here I am, 10 months into training with Stacy at E Studio.
It took me weeks to even pick up the phone for a consultation. Stacy assured me everything would be customized to my abilities—which, frankly, were minimal. After five surgeries in three years following a cancer battle, I was physically depleted. I knew I needed to do something, so I decided to give E Studio a try.
At 65, I’m finally focused on rebuilding my strength and improving my health. After already losing 50 pounds, I was concerned about losing muscle too. But in the 10 months I’ve been working with Stacy, I’ve gained visible muscle, real strength, and lost another 20 pounds.
I may never say I love working out—but I absolutely love what just 20 minutes a week at E Studio has done for me.

I have advanced osteoporosis and chose E-Studio because they offer a form of weightlifting that research has shown increases bone density. From my initial inquiry to the present, all my interaction with both the owner Bonnie and my trainer Kaya has been very encouraging, kind, and professional. I started going to E studio in July with the hopes of getting toned. Since my free trial I was hooked. The studio is quiet and tranquil. I love that it is not crowded. The studio and machines are very clean. My personal trainer Kaya is amazing. She reminds me to breathe and to only use my muscles we are focusing on, not to use my whole body. She will show be proper technique and always in a calm and kind voice. She encourages me to keep going when I feel as if I can't finish my last rep. Again in a calm manner. She always helps me push through. I have noticed I am getting toned and I feel I have gained strength in my core, arms and legs. Something I doubted was possible at my age of 57 yrs. old

This workout is almost too good to be true. I say almost because it actually is true. You go once a week, two minutes per machine, six machines, and you have worked out enough for the week. It is intense, but so worth it. I am healthy, it is easy, and I no longer have to Figure out how to get work out time in my schedule because the one 30 minute session Takes care of everything.
More than that, Falcon and Kaden are so wonderful. Starting the day with grounded, insightful people who are up beat Just brings positivity to the world. I have worked with a few other trainers here and would say that is true for all of them, but those are my two. I can’t recommend this workout Enough. If I were you, get in before they’re smart enough to raise their rates.

I highly recommend exercise at Estudio with its super-slow fitness philosophy. I’m a former professional athlete - long since retired - but with a background in fitness - I knew immediately that the Estudio regimen would be effective- because it’s stylized uniquely for my needs & health. I worked out at Estudio for over two years - the sessions were thoughtful - and became essential to my health and well being!
I loved working with my personal trainers - BOTH Bonnie and Falcon - I worked closely with them - and loved the vibe of professionalism they create in Estudio. Personally, I got stronger and worked through a couple of injuries with Estudio’s intelligent and gentle fitness regime.
I enjoyed it so much I recommended Estudio to several friends and family members. From my experience - anyone who wants to be stronger - in a smart way - should try out Estudio.

I've directly experienced discrimination from this studio and the owners took no acknowledgement or responsiblity for their business practices that allow this. I do not recommend this business if you are a non-white person from what I've experienced. Their approach to fitness and customer service is outdated and stuck in the past. I'm a physician and I have found better studios in the area that are more in tune with current scientific practices. The owner was defensive and still has not apologized for their discrimination towards us as a client. I will continue to share their poor practices with friends, family and the public.

To those whom may share similar values. I am the type of client who takes his time to establish rapport with a small business or any business for that matter. Trust is earned over time and can be lost much faster. E studio has LOST my trust. In fact it has become quite difficult to understand who this studio caters towards.
Having been a client for the past nine months being trained by Kaya Burke as a couple, we thought that all the policies of the studio had been shared with us the moment we signed up in a professional face to face manner and that all clients and trainers would adhere to those policies.
There were multiple sessions where we could hear other clients speaking loudly to their trainers, not once did their trainers or ours for that matter ask them to keep their noise level down to a minimum.
We recently purchased a Theragun (which was insurance approved) and our trainer Kaya Burke was ecstatic to hear that we found a tool that would help us with pre and post recovery. She also had no problem with us using it in the lobby area close to the front door and away from the machines where they also had other amenities like yoga mats and other recovery equipment.
Multiple weeks went by while we would use the Theragun in the lobby area while other clients and trainers had their sessions and not once was there ever a complaint or a restriction mentioned to us or to establishment about its use. The owners son even saw me use it and never mentioned anything about it. It wasn’t until recently that it was brought to our attention by Kaya Burke that we’d no longer be able to use it in the lobby area due to the fact that there would be other clients and trainers having their ongoing sessions during ours.
This substantially points out that there clearly has been some unnoticed and undocumented favoritism happening at this studio, which is why I am writing this review so that it sheds light on the matter and so that others won’t feel discriminated against.
Kaya Burke has displayed a lack of professionalism and honest communication through her passive aggressive tactics. Her actions and attitude are a reflection of management failing to train their staff properly in accordance with their own skewed policies.
The fact that the owners allow a trainer like Kaya Burke to be a part of E Studio is a reflection of how the quality of care has severely diminished as they no longer have a hands on approach compared to previous years.

My workouts at E Studio for the past five months have increased my energy, strength, and balance. The exercise I receive there is efficient, effective, and challenging; and thanks to my wonderful trainer, Kaden, also fun. He’s an engaging person who is knowledgable, encouraging, and responsive to my vulnerabilities. At 71 years, I have some arthritis and have had two hip replacements. Though a healthy and active person, who exercises regularly, I felt like I needed something more strengthen and maintain muscle strength as I age.
Fortunately, my chiropractor referred me to E Studio. The atmosphere is both calm and upbeat. The machines and environment are clean and well maintained; and with only two clients and their trainers in the studio at a time, very comfortable for me.
It’s hard to imagine returning to a lifestyle that does not include this helpful form of exercise. I have a greater sense of well being and feel more positive about aging. I’m happy and grateful to be able to continue at E Studio.

I have belonged to several SuperSlow fitness studios over a couple of decades. We joined E Studio soon after it opened, and my wife and I have derived superior health benefits from strength training while working out at a first-class facility.
I recently have been assigned to a new Trainer, Kaden Christopher. He's young and I'm not, and I am happy to have him as my workout partner. He has an excellent work ethic, is totally tuned in to the workout, and provides a lot of positive reinforcement and guidance.
In spite of his youth, he does a great job and is a conscientious trainer. Jane and I like him a lot!

I have been going to E Studio for 3 years now and am very happy with the results. My trainer Kendall is attentive ,knowledgable, and takes into account the whole of my health. Workouts are adjusted as to my state of health and/or energy. I only go 3 times a month and it has really paid off. My husband and I joined E Studio after our chiropractor suggested working with a personal trainer would benefit us greatly, even with just 1 workout weekly! E Studio is like no other gym. It has state of the art equipment and personal trainers but none of the loud music and frenetic vibes you get in other gyms. They use the slow motion strength training process that has helped me a lot recovering from a broken hip and my trainer has followed me weekly in a very individual way, consistently watching my movement and recording my progress. I’ve been working out at E studio since 2018, and it has been a 5 star experience throughout. I’m a chiropractor, so my work is physical, and I enjoy working my body hard in my recreational activities. But I don’t enjoy the typical big gym experience. A super slow workout at e studio is perfect for me because it keeps me in great shape to be able to do the things I love to do, and it’s as far from a big gym experience as you can get. It’s quiet and clean, and the equipment is top shelf and well maintained. When I work out, I’m in there with Bonnie, my fantastic trainer, and sometimes one other client with her trainer. It’s not easy, but it’s only 25 minutes once a week, and it’s incredibly effective.
I’ve worked out with Bonnie the past two years. She’s kind, encouraging, and compassionate and listens to what’s going on with me, so she can modify my workout as needed. I’ve worked with other trainers too, and they’re all excellent and well trained in the super slow method.
I highly recommend E studio. I’ve referred many patients and friends to them, and I will continue to do so.

Had my first free session. Intake interview covered existing health, joint issues, any other factors that could impact the weight training. We also talked about my health improvement goals.
So basically the routine here is using Nautilus type weight machines at a veeeeerrrrrryyyy slow pace. I'd call it slow motion weight bearing isometrics. Kayden the trainer closely coached me. Made sure that I was getting the exercise without discomfort.
Only 2 clients are seen at the same time. Always one trainer per client.
My wife has been visiting here weekly for 9 months. She says her health, strength and endurance have improved.
I plan to stick with it. Hope that getting stronger and more limber improves my golf game.

I have been working with E-Studio for several years now, and it has become the foundational piece of my physical health and strength. The workout always has me wrung out at the end of the session, but in a good way. The thing that I love about it most is that you are working so slowly and mindfully that you can make necessary adjustments all throughout the exercise to make sure you are doing it correctly. Prevents a lot of needless injuries and tweaks. My daughter, who was a college athlete, has also started working out with them, and swears by the workout method, for injury prevention and foundational strength. The trainers are very professional and full of good advice, not to mention just all around good people! It’s a very controlled environment with only two people working out at a time, and when COVID happened, they quickly adjusted, setting up some new procedures to make the workout even more stress- and germ-free. I plan to be working out at E-Studio for the rest of my life!

I have worked out at E Studio for several years. This year, I had my right leg amputated below the knee. As soon as I was able to return to working out, Bonnie has helped me to regain lost strength and get my body balanced and functional again. Since I have decades of sports and strength training experience, I really appreciate the effectiveness of super slow training at E Studio. There has never been an easier, more effective way to increase my strength and have my body feel great. Definitely a case of "a lot less is more".
