E3 is a strength and conditioning gym. We train using calisthenics, kettlebells, plyometrics, weight lifting, endurance, and overall functional training.
The workouts are not easy, but they also can be done by just about anyone at any fitness level. Don't show up expecting another hour of 'just getting it done' fitness. We train with purpose, intensity, and we love to have fun. At E3 we are all about camaraderie. We believe in uplifting our team and we only allow positivity in our studio!
While encouraging each other, we learn to ENDURE and EXCEL so we can begin to EVOLVE.

Kendel is a great trainer with a good understanding of form and technique to avoid injury. I love her workouts as they give me both cardio conditioning and strength. She’s also good about working on flexibility which is important to me as I approach 50. It’s a fun environment to work out and you feel encouraged to be working out with other like minded people.

I was lucky to be intoduced to E3 by a friend who was feverishly looking for a new fitness home. Each work out is a challenge. I love the people! Everyone is working at different levels but simultaneously together. Lots the attention and personalized training when learning a new lift or exercise. Highly recommend E3!
