This review is a long time coming. THIS IS IT - you have found the trainer you’ve been looking for! Krystina is a true gem and really cares about her clients and their well-being. She knows exactly what you need to meet your goals whether that is to rehabilitate you, keep you in shape or grow muscle strength. She gives you her whole energy and focus during your entire session. When you train with Krystina, she is not only your trainer but a real coach. She addresses the root cause of issues - gradually and precisely getting you where you need to be both mentally and physically. She is not just another trainer- she is very good at what she does, while making it fun and engaging. I’ve seen vast improvements in my body and mind since I’ve been training with Krystina. It is money well spent that has benefited me ten-fold in all aspects of my life. Krystina is quick, responsive, reliable, knowledgeable, precise, comprehensive and effective. Don’t let her simile and amiable personality full you: Just one look at her biceps and quadriceps would tell you that she means business. Krystina has coached me for almost two years and I loved every moments of it. She is very methodical and systematic while sticking to the basics when it comes to personal trainings. I recall an arm session with her early this year. I am a strong 220 pound guy, I could barely keep up with her in reps and weights! I guess what I am trying to highlight here is that her physique is her CV. If you want a coach that produces results for you look no further.
Unfortunately, I live far away from her training location! But she is missed without a doubt.
