Amazing gym to learn muay thai or boxing, highly recommend the private 1:1 coaching sessions if you want to start learning or advance your skills. Great people, good community.
I started with zero Muay Thai skills and can feel a huge difference in my form and kicks.

Joel welcomed me to the gym on my 10-day visit to LA. Appreciate the intimate neighborhood vibe and the coaches' approach to classes. I've been doing muay thai for 1.5 years now, and I picked up valuable boxing skills here. Thanks so much, Joel!

Loved this place. Already an Echo Park institution. Trained here for two weeks while visiting. The owner Joel has a ton of stories and is super friendly. The coaches are very welcoming, the participants super chill, and in general I learned a lot in just 10 sessions or so (on the back of about ~6 months of experience). Good Muay Thai as well as traditional boxing. Oh and they have a secret menu of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu too, I heard, though it's not a fixed part of the curriculum and the timetable varies. Joel, don't forget, you have a friend in Australia!

Started boxing here at the beginning of the year with no prior experience at all. It's amazing and the teachers are phenomenal and fun. Great group of people and highly recommend it for anyone looking to get into boxing. Special shout outs to the trainers: Joel, Hunter, Monique, Gabe, and JJ.
If you're looking to get into muy thai and/or boxing this is the place to go! One note is that parking is limited so I recommend coming a little early to park on a side street if you're driving.

Did two drop ins here. The Muay Thai is legit and it's a super friendly place with no egos. Love it- I'm looking forward to training here every time I'm in LA! Thanks Ben and Oscar!

I woke up today with a random charge from this location. I live on the complete opposite side of the US. How you got access to my card information and charged my debit is beyond me but I would say it's poor business to not check the accuracy of what you are charging and where those payments are coming from (you know check the name of the person making the charge and then the name of the card that's being charged). I will be filing this as fraudulent but I just want others to be aware of such laissez-faire practices.

Echo Park Boxing is a muay thai boxing gym on Sunset blvd Echo Park neighborhood. It has a good atmospheric vibe and a great place to get trained on thai boxing. Not only they have great trainers but a good sparing partners as well. If you're into thai boxing this is the place to be. Overall, I highly recommend this place.

Awesome gym for all levels. Lots of individual attention & good workouts. Real Muay Thai & Boxing for all levels. I came in out of shape & rusty & I've seen results within a month. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming no BS & the space has you need to train.

This is like a boxing cheat sheet. . All the trainers are current or ex fighters and pass on the condensed skills and knowhow they have. . Seriously best place I have ever trained anywhere in the world. Perfect for short term but once you join you will never leave

This place is seriously awesome. The trainers here know what they're doing, and Joel who runs the it is probably the best trainer I've ever had...at anything.
He teaches technique the way you would want- catering to your strengths/weaknesses or already know individually. It feels like a choose your own adventure, where other places would make you keep up or fail.
This is my first time at anything in the martial arts realm, but he's also training people at a high level there too. So it gives me a look into the future. I'm only 3 lessons in, and already I feel like I know more about body movements in fighting than I've ever learned in my whole life. A month ago I probably would have broken my wrist and fallen over while throwing a punch. Only a few lessons later...world beware.
I highly recommend the crew here!
