I trained with Cullen for about a year, and I can’t recommend him enough! His level of knowledge and expertise was outstanding. He helped me recover from an injury safely while improving my overall fitness to a level I never thought I could reach.
Cullen was great at customizing workouts to my needs and goals, and he really paid attention to form and progression so I got results without setbacks. I learned so much from him and ended up stronger and healthier than ever.

I’ve had such a great experience training and working with Cullen! He’s not only super motivating and supportive, but also incredibly educated when it comes to proper lifting techniques. You can tell he is really knowledgeable about fitness—he takes the time to correct form, explain the “why” behind each movement, and make sure you’re training safely and effectively. On top of that, he genuinely cares about you and your goals! I definitely recommend working with him!

Cullen is great at what he does. I've had the pleasure of training with him for 2 months now and I've already seen a lot of improvements in my mobility, strength, and overall fitness level. I really appreciate his attention to detail and his knowledge on injury prevention. He's got a great attitude and knows how to lift you up as you complete your session.
