Whenever I seek a great workout and a peaceful yoga meditation I will always gravitate to Efi's class. Her space is so breathtaking, it's inviting and the scents she burns are therapeutic. She's a perfect balance of tranquility and strength. She can turn into a drill Sargent when it comes to bootcamp class or become a peaceful yoga instructor with breathing exercises. Whichever one, she is always great and will have you test your balance and strength. Thank you Efi for being one of a kind! ✨❤️

After trying so many different types of studios and workouts in LA, I finally found the perfect one with Efi Fit.
I found other places to be overcrowded and too repetitive.
With Efi, there are different types of classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Hiit & more,
and each class is challenging and engaging in different ways.
Efi is lovely and very attentive, and clearly an expert since I am already seeing amazing results and loving the process.
Her space is stunning and relaxing and includes use of mats & towels which is a nice plus.
If you are looking for a more personal and engaging place to workout with a variety of classes, this is it!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened yoga studio in town, and I must say it was an incredible experience. The serene ambiance and welcoming atmosphere immediately put me at ease as soon as I stepped inside.

The yoga teacher Efi is an absolute gem. Her expertise and passion for yoga shone through in every class. Not only were the sessions physically invigorating, but they also provided a much-needed mental escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

I left each class feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and inspired to continue my yoga journey. I cannot recommend this studio and Efi enough.

If you're looking for a place to nurture your body, mind, and soul, look no further than this exceptional yoga studio.

I was blown away by my first class at the new Efi Fit Zen studio! It’s a complete sensory experience, from the stunning studio design itself, to the perfect music playing throughout our class, an amazing workout while she took us through yoga poses to tone and build strength and the perfect touches at the end, placing lavender eye pillows on our faces as we relaxed into shavasana to wind down from class.

Efi’s studio and classes are more than just a workout, she’s created a peaceful space where you can truly disconnect from daily life while you focus on your workout of choice.

Efi is fantastic. She listens to your goals and works with you to achieve them which is very doable as she works the whole body. I also like that she can train you privately at your own home, or you can go to her brand new studio which is gorgeous! So no matter where you live, city or valley, there is an option for you. I look better at 50 than I did at 35. Highly recommend.
