I love EHS! Iβve tried other studios and feel by far the most comfortable here. The teachers and super knowledgeable and the staff is welcoming. The studio is clean and well equipped. Would recommend to everyone, whether you are a beginner or more experienced.

Had to leave class because the teacher said I was too inexperienced with reformer. I wish they can teach you during class instead of calling you out in front of everyone. I also have been taking pilates for 2 years so it felt a bit unnecessary

I booked a class on ClassPass (I've done Pilates before) and the instructor, Andrea Sendeck, said I couldn't take the class because I was too inexperienced. She spoke to me like I was seven years old and didn't know English. Rather horrible experience.

I love EHS. I'm not usually a "sporty" person and don't consider myself to be very flexible or athletic, but I've enjoyed all the classes I've taken at EHS. There is a fun, low-key vibe and the classes tend to be small so you get individual attention. I recommend their sequences of classes for beginners so you can sample different contraptions, and I especially recommend classes with Corie and Olivia.

Love this place. The classes are not too big and the teachers actually adjust you during the class. Unlike the larger studios where you have no idea what you're doing half the class. I have taken two types of classes spring board and reformer.

I went here earlier this year. This place was fun. Laura was wonderful. Great pilates instructor. Really broke things down and her attitude and energy were overall very pleasant to be around. Justin was great too. His barre class was fun and upbeat with clubby music. Challenging but not to the point where it's no longer enjoyable. Brigette seemed to know her pilates moves, but also seemed to hate being there and often had a negative attitude and seemed a bit too snarky for my tastes.

The classes are fairly small due to limited equipment which allows for a more personal feeling. The instructors are attentive and helpful, making me feel very comfortable learning new exercises and pushing myself beyond what I thought was possible. I feel the atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly.
