About the Club

We start everyone with a 30 day access to classes so we can give you a true feel for our process. It's important to feel comfortable and confident when getting started. That's why we also provide you with a comprehensive assessment before you begin.
Each workout is uniquely designed to challenge you in both strength and endurance. We color coordinate all weight progressions to ensure all abilities are challenged and safe. Elevate classes are a combination of strength, HIIT, TRX and cardio style training.
Both performance and body composition changes will be monitored and tested using the InBody 520 machine. We provide and deliver quality dietary information and resources to ensure you get the results you are looking for.

Very, very good experience. I did the 6- week challenge. To be honest, I didn't achieve the results I intended ... or wanted ... but maybe I got what I needed. This is to say, no weight loss, but increased muscle, decreased fat, more energy, and clothes are fitting better. I'm a believer. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel where I will get those results ... but only after a lot more work. Good coach and good community to do the work with. Highly recommend.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this gym and especially Chris, the owner. He’s super supportive, always professional, and really knows how to keep you on track without ever making you feel pressured or judged.

One thing I really appreciate is how personal and hands-on he is. I text him pictures of my meals every day, and he actually takes the time to look at them and give feedback. He also keeps this really organized record of my body stats, so I always know where I’m at and what to work on next.

Thanks to his help, I’ve seen real results—not just in how I look, but in how I feel about myself. I’ve never stuck with a routine this long before, and that’s 100% because of the support and structure Chris provides. It just feels good to know someone actually cares about your progress.

It's probably the best fitness program. Not only do you get training from a pro like Chris, but he constantly pushes you and follows up with you through Diet and body analysis, so you hit your Micros... highly highly recommended.

I needed a workout to stay in shape and this has been perfect. Chris and Theo are excellent trainers and they have helped me get back into shape through their patience and caring attitude. It's tough and it will make you sweat but you will see immediate results.

I made a mistake by making an inquiry to this business (I still dont know their fees). They spam email me and bother me daily even though I've made it clear I'm not interested. An awesome fitness group to work with. Chris and the rest of his staff do a great job of leading people of all experience levels through some hard cardio circuits. Workouts are super fun and go by quickly. Stations get switched up so you don’t feel like you’re doing the same repetitive movements from class to class. Equipment is cleaned between sets. Morning/evening slots available throughout the week, all through the MINDBODY app. They offer personal training too but the group classes are their bread and butter. Free parking lot in the back (go through the back door to get in.) Everyone here is encouraging & positive. Not what I’m looking for in the long run and classes get pricey but I’m happy I tried the 30 day intro and I’d recommend you try it too!

I would highly recommend Elevate Fitness for anyone who is trying to get a sustainable workout routine that focuses on strength training, proper form, and endurance. The trainers are extremely engaging / friendly and create circuit programs that are tailored to get the best out of a workout session (while actively correcting form as needed). The equipment and space in the facility are top notch, and the variety of workout stations ensure that you are constantly learning new techniques / exercises. I have been attending workout classes in NY, SF, and LA - Elevate is easily the best one I’ve gone to and would highly encourage trying it out.

I always get a solid workout in here. The programming for the workouts are challenging, fun and creative. Jake does an awesome job programming for the APEX classes (my favorite classes there). The APEX workouts hurt SOOO good!
