We’ve been going there since 2020. My oldest daughter was in the parent participation class at 18 months old. She is now in the hot shots class. My oldest son did ninja class for a bit and then moved onto super dude and is now in the competition team. My youngest son is in the boys class. They all absolutely love it here.

I love Elevate Gymnastics! I have 3 children enrolled, and have experienced the Parent/Tot classes, Tot classes, Ninja, & Boys Basic Gymnastics 1. All classes are good value for your money.

Tot classes are fun with engaging, sweet coaches (shout out to Coach Justina & Jazzy). Ninja classes are great ways for kids with high energy to enjoy physical activity in a safe and casual gymnastics environment. These classes all have basic uniform routines/circuits kids practice without the pressure to perform skills.

For parents looking for a learned skill set class, Boys Basic Gymnastics class with Coach Randy is spectacular. I have two boys enrolled in his class with different athletic abilities; one has Autism (disclaimer: he is level 1, with good focus for athletics). Both thrive under Coach Randy’s guidance. He is patient, firm, and detailed. Coach Randy uses visual cues as well as physical assistance when needed so the boys safely learn new skills. Thanks to this teaching style, both boys are internally motivated to do their best, and I see improvement every single week. Coach Randy also introduces himself to new parents and checks in as needed. I couldn’t be happier with this program. Most importantly, the boys love it too.

I recommend Elevate Gymnastics to any parents with young children of all athletic abilities, with the highest appreciation for the Boys’ Gymnastics Program. Special thanks to the Coaches for all you do!

As a parent of a child who has been attending Elevate Gymnastics since she was just 16 months old, I can confidently say that our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Now at 6 years old and part of the Hot Shots program, my daughter has grown tremendously in both skill and confidence.

The coaches at Elevate are truly dedicated and passionate about what they do. They create a nurturing environment that encourages each child to reach their full potential. My daughter absolutely loves her coaches. They are not only skilled but also incredibly supportive and positive. They make learning fun, which keeps her excited to attend classes each week.

The progression my daughter has made over the years is impressive. She has developed not only her gymnastics skills but also important life skills like teamwork and perseverance. Elevate Gymnastics has fostered a strong sense of community among the families, making it a welcoming place for everyone.

I wholeheartedly recommend Elevate Gymnastics to any parent looking for a fantastic gym for their child. It's been a wonderful journey, and we are so grateful to be part of this amazing program!

Both of my kids come to this gym and WOW! We absolutely love it here! My daughter started in the parent participation at 16m and is now on the Hot Shot Team. The coaches are amazing and we love all of the extra events the gym hosts too! Seriously the best community to be a part of!

After being a member since 2020, please expect a yearly price increase of 5% and only certain coaches are really good, but the others are questionable. Especially Amber, who is clearly not coach material. She will teach level 3 students level 1 or 2 skills and then blame or single out your child about poor attitudes. And when several parents have complained about her, nothing gets done to correct her behavior, you receive no callbacks or emails from the owner, and you cant remove your payment card from the parent portal, but they were sure quick enough to remove your child. So pathetic. Find a different gym.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS, WORST PLACE TO BRING YOUR CHILD IF YOU WANT THEM TO IMPROVE AND PERFECT THEIR SKILLS. Our daughter has been coming here for years. Our daughter loved it, but of course with the lack of gyms in the area... this is the only gym. With all honesty, we FINALLY moved our daughter to a gym that is farther, and we are so much happier! Our daughter feels like she is getting the training that she needs. Our daughter was in the Xcel program at Elevate, but come to find out that Xcel is for recreation! If you want your child to improve and perfect their skills, AND move up in gymnastics.. go to a gym for Junior Olympics. I was appalled when I heard the girls have been cleaning the pits in the gym and finding rats! Also, why is my daughter teaching the class, instead of the coaches? Make friends with the parents because everyone has to be on the same page. Check your bank accounts. Found out that parents are not getting charged the same fees despite the fact that the gymnasts are in the same level. Parent points are forced and all the positions fill up fast. Is there enough to make the 180 points? NO! Almost every parent will owe $1080. Was this brought up to the volunteer coordinator? YES! It's all about the Benjamins at this gym.

Instructors are good overall, however I just found out starting in 2024 they have stopped allowing ANY make up classes. You just give up your money if your kid is sick or if you are on vacation or if the gym is closed during holidays. Really poor policy change, every other place allows makeups for missed classes of some sort.

Not beginner friendly, my daughter constantly struggled without assistance. The last straw was watching her almost hurt her neck on a flip with no correction or guidance from her instructor. Staff is careless about the classes being over loaded and the instructors not being able to monitor the safety and progression of the children.

We have been taking our youngest son to the parent participation class for the last few months. He enjoys it Justine his teacher is very patient with all the kids in the class. We just started our oldest son in a class he also is enjoying it. Great staff who takes the time to help each student out.

My daughter and I have been here for 14 months and tuition has changed 2x in just 1 yr! We started at $87/mo then March 2023 it changed to $96/mo then October 2023 $102. Mind you she has not moved up a level. At this rate I won’t be able to move her up. GB3 is upwards of $160/mo. Not to mention my account is on auto pay yet I get a late fee every month of $10. I have to call in each month to try and fix this error. Needless to say the customer care and accounting is less than good. Oh and I am close with other mothers and they also have administrative issues, billing issues.

Overall the business relationship is poor and this tuition increase every 6mo forces families out of their program. Is this intentional? Who knows. But I know my daughter needs a positive outlet and physical activity and these constant tuition increases will rob her of this outlet. There has to be some safe guard for the families.

This review is about front desk customer service, not the instructors. The front desk does not answer phone calls. Called them Thursday, left a message, called them Friday, and emailed them Friday. It is Saturday and I called them again during their working hours around 10-11 am in the morning. No answer. No one calls back, and no one responds to emails. How do you guys operate this business with such awful customer communication? Tried to sign up for Parents Night Out kids care for an evening, and I couldn't, since no one answered, but they require you to sign up first. How?

Short: Instructors are great with the kids and staff is friendly in person however, there is no communication with parents from staff outside of that.

Long: This gym for some reason doesn’t have a functional notification system, so if classes are canceled on a certain day due to an event, you won’t be notified. This results in taking the time, and gas, to drive to the gym, find out in person classes are canceled, then drive back home. We’ve brought this up with staff each time it’s happened, and even followed-up with calls, but nothing has been addressed. And it’s not just us. Each time we went in, we heard other parents being told the same thing as they walked in, and they asked the same thing we did β€œwas an email sent out?” After about the third time, staff at the front desk just gave us a paper calendar to take home and NOTE the days they have events for future reference. We stopped taking our kids there at one point because we got frustrated with how much time was wasted, and the back and forth with staff. There’s also no communication between the staff, parents, or even the instructors about how kids level up. When we asked how kids level up (move to the next level) we got one explanation from the instructor and a different explanation from the staff. To this day, we still haven’t received anything explaining what the kids work on at each level, how they’re tested, when they’re tested, etc. We ended up enrolling our kids again though, for their sake and enjoyment, and just dealt with the lack of a notification system. We have one kid in the Junior Ninja class and another kid in girls basic 2. We ended up entering all the future event dates in our calendar, on our phones, and setting reminders. No, it’s not a big deal to do that, but for how many students they have (a lot), and also considering they have people on wait lists for certain classes, they should have a functional notification system. So just be aware of this when signing up your kids here. Hope this helps.

Great classes good coaches. Ladies at the front desk are lazy. I had called many times and they don’t pick up. pretty sure she silenced the phone so I doesn’t ring. Went there in person to sign k6 daughter up for parents night out. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! They don’t answer or call back when you leave a message. When I went she said all day she was helping other people. I went there in the morning and nobody was there. No classes or anything I cannot believe how ridiculous the front desk service is !!!!! As I said great coaches and amazing service but front desk service is awful! They do not care and are lazy!

My 5 year old has been going here almost 2 years. She has learned some good skills in the kinder group. Make ups are easy to schedule. The parking lot is packed most of the time. It shares a parking lot with rock n jump. I'm not sure if there is AC works on the gym floor, but in the summer it is HOT, and if AC works it is not on at full blast. Coaches are great and staff is friendly.

Excellent staff. Personable and welcoming coaches. They practice the basics and have a great learning program that teaches them all of the motor functions to be successful. Can't find a complaint other than the waiting list. It was full of everyone trying to get their kids in, because it's so well known. But it only took 2 weeks before both my toddler and kid were able to join the same day, same time. The kids look forward to coming every week.

This place is a waste of money and time. I had 4 of my kids in this gym at same time. Thinking big things. Parent participation is good because you're your kids coach. They're all about your money, not your kids. William Clee hating and proud too.

We've wasted 2 years and TOO much money here. My daughter taught herself a pullover on our bar at home. I taught her a cartwheel. She's practices handstands and bridges on her own. NOTHING is actually taught for quality at a young age. The teacher turnover is unbelievable and the lack of background knowledge is embarrassing. After talking to the staff NUMEROUS times, nothing has changed.

Along with another parent, I'm extremely concerned about the way they treat special needs children. My son attended the Ninja classes offered and the gym was aware of him being on the autism spectrum. After a parent complaint, I was informed that if he wanted to continue, I needed to be on the mat during their "instruction". As opposed to working with his *lack of* social skills, they embarrassed him, and we pulled him.

This gym is a gymnastics farm. They are not in it for quality, but quantity. Regardless of how they may present it, the recent reviews speak loudly.

Cheryl Veri

β˜… 1

The teachers are rude and unqualified to deal with kids that have special needs. The teachers are dishonest and make false accusations regarding interactions with parents.
Management will take your money but not interested in resolving conflict and basically tell you that your child is not welcome because they don’t want to deal with a parent that is standing up for their child that has special needs. Too bad there isn’t a way to give them zero stars.

This is a great place for taking the kids to learn gymnastics. I went here more than 20 years ago (when it was called Byer's), and now I have two kids who go. They have parent participation classes, so you can start your kids out at age 2, and yes, there are actually plenty of exercises they can do at that age. At 4, my daughter loves it and tries out her exercises at home regularly.
