Started working with Bobby a little over a year ago following 6 months of me not meeting my own weight loss and strength gaining goals. He created a plan that worked well with my injury history and kept me on track and dedicated. He helped me gain confidence in and out of the gym. Coming up on 4 years with Bobby. Would I recommend? I’m busy, I don’t really like working out, and I don’t like spending the money. That said I continue. Being healthier brings more time to my work day and more engagement to my parenting.
I’d like to think I could get there on my own, but having an appointment, being held accountable, and being encouraged has made exercise a part of my routine.
All that plus its Bobby! He’s so darn positive he makes me sick. All he really wants is for people to be a better and healthier version. Love the guy.

I am 7 months into training with Bobby. I was referred to him because I was having difficulty recovering from an old acl knee injury and lacked guidance/modivation. Bobby's approach to working out and being a personal trainer is much different from what I've experienced in the past. He is a very motivated but relaxed individual. I never felt pressured or intimidated. This shows through his workout routines he is created for me. His plan is tough but doesn't cause burnout. Instead of giving me a cookie cutter program, Bobby really listened to my wants/issues and created a custom plan for me. Also he checks in with me throughout the month to modify the plan and motivates me to hit my goals. I may be sore, but I feel so much stronger and happier with my body. Thank you Bobby!!

Bobby is one of the great trainers in the Valley (and really, with Zoom, Facetime etc you could train in Chicago or Switzerland, if you wanted to). Particularly excellent in working with (and around) assorted conditions - knee issues, injuries, whatever your thing is, and creating a great workout that fits for you, with as little or as much equipment as you have available, plus his well-equipped studio in Napa. Extremely personal and personalized. DO IT! 10 stars!
