I come to this studio all the time and am usually on time if not early. Today was the first time I’ve had an instructor be rude and deny me entry. I was a bit late, so I understand, however not only did Devon say I couldn’t come in, she did it in the rudest voice and way that you could, motioning for me to go out the door. It was embarrassing and I was shocked because normally the other instructors are so nice (Steph, Jeena and KD are all SO sweet).
It’s one thing to be a good instructor and another to be a nice person, customer service and hospitality is still a part of your job (something this instructor clearly doesn’t understand).

I absolutely love the Lagree Elevate class! I attend every single day and have an unlimited membership. I initially signed up for the first month at a special price and was instantly hooked. The workouts are challenging yet rewarding, and I feel stronger and more energized after each session. Joining this studio has been one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness journey. I highly recommend it—trust me, you won’t regret it!

I discovered Lagree about 6 months ago and love the workout. I've seen improvements in my strength and enjoy going. The facility is bright and clean and the instructors are wonderful. They take the time to get to know you and never hesitate to spend time after class to help you master a move.

I have been coming to this studio for about 2 months! I have been to a few other large studios, and Elevate is one of my favorites. The instructors are all so amazing and so encouraging! I have the unlimited membership, and coming to class is my favorite part of my day! It is also great for people newer to Lagree, since the instructors are so adaptive! I would 100% recommend this studio!

Wow. That was a humbling experience! After doing mainly HIIT for 3-5 days a week the past 6 years, with some spin and yoga classes mixed in here or there - the Lagree Method at Elevate Training took ev.er.y.thing out of me. In the best possible way! I felt like my quickly-approaching 40-yr old body has hit a MEGA plateau over the past year, which is such a cliche thing to say (I know)… so in search of a new fitness experience I went! Not only is Elevate in a great location in La Costa Town Square (easy access for SEH and La Costa residents alike), but the instructors are all super welcoming, and very thorough with the explanations of each new position I have to contort my limbs into (30 seconds in one pose may feel like 3 minutes, heads up!!). My body and mind were pushed to the ultimate limits in my first 3 classes this past week, which wasn’t what I expertly but pleasantly surprised to say the least! I’ve been taking about this studio to anyone that will listen, because the way this Megaformer works my muscles, in an entirely new way (and quivering way) is LEGIT.

Tried this studio for the first time and loved it! Bekah taught the class and was so welcoming and friendly and helped me adjust my form through the class. Starting a new studio doing something you’ve never done before can be intimidating but the studio was really welcoming and inspiring. Lagree is a great workout and Bekah had us working hard! The vibe is awesome, apparel is super cute and everything was clean and modern. Definitely will be coming back in a regular basis!

Elaine is an amazing instructor. It was my first Pilates class ever and she explained how the carriage worked and what we would be utilizing during the class. I’m very fit and this class made me burn. The interior is lovely as well. I highly recommend Elevate Training.
