Love this studio! I always leave feeling like I got a great workout and I can notice myself getting stronger. All of the instructors are great and I appreciate the corrections they make to ensure I’m doing the moves properly and safely. I especially love taking Kelly’s class because I always feel challenged!

I’ve been doing Lagree for 3 years and it’s the best workout I’ve ever done, it gets you toned so quickly! This studio is amazing ! All the instructors are so knowledgeable and can really help you perfect your practice .Klew is so sweet and brightens your day as soon as you see her. She is also so great at letting you know how to adjust yourself to get the most out of the workout or modify if need be. She explains the moves so well that it’s very easy to follow and quickly transition to the next move. I highly recommend taking a class with her !

I cannot recommend my favorite teacher Steph G at Elevate training studio in rancho Bernardo enough! Her expertise, and passion for teaching truly shines through in every class. She creates a welcoming and motivating environment that makes every session enjoyable and inspiring. I wanted to start off by saying Lagree is not for the faint of heart 😆
My first class was a huge struggle, I was just barely getting started in my health journey, and I felt frustrated with myself that I couldn't do a lot of the movements without taking a break. I was comparing myself to others in the class and felt completely discouraged.
At the end of the class, Ellen checked in with me and asked how it was. In all honestly, I was so mad at myself and discouraged that I got tearful. I said it was really difficult and that I was just starting up a routine of exercise and everything felt so impossible. She was really understanding and said something that I've carried with me for over a year (the longest I've ever consistently worked out): "You can look at what happened today and give up, or you can look back on today and say 'look how far you've come'".
I'm now 50 lbs lighter and feel so strong and healthy. Her words still stick with me anytime exercise feels impossible. I just wanted to share my sincerest gratitude as it has now become my fitness mantra. Thank you, Ellen! 💛

Took a class with Cole today and she was amazing. I haven’t been in 8 months (even at that I only went 3 times total) lost everything memory of the movements but she helped me all along the way. Everyone in class is a freaking athlete! Holy moly the women in this class are incredible and I copied them as best as my shaky weak body could. Great workout

Been a member of Elevate for years and a Sacha devotee for longer…OF IMPORTANT NOTE! These are small classes. The 11/12 people that attend are very focused of getting the most out of their 40 min as for some of us it is the brightest part of our day. The best thing about Sacha’s classes are that she makes it accessible and inclusive of ALL bodies and fitness levels. It is disheartening to read a negative review knowing that if you sign up for a class, especially if you are new that it states to arrive TEN minutes prior to class. It is not only respectful to the instructor but important if you haven’t taken a class before so the instructor can introduce the machine and ask if you have limitations so they can make modifications and make sure you get the BEST workout. Posting a negative review because you came late AND it was your first class is a misrepresentation of what the instructors are trying to accomplish (make sure you are working at your correct level and to prevent possible injury) and disrespectful to the other people that are participating.

Another killer class from Sacha today!!! She has the experience to provide challenging classes for those of us who have been Lagree devotees for years and years (talking to our 6am crew 😄) while providing options and modifications for all fitness levels. You won’t walk out thinking you wasted your time or weren’t “seen “ She wants you to get the most out of your 40 minutes and does it with a smile!

Didn’t take the class because the teacher wouldn’t let me check in through class pass. Just fyi, come 10 min early, not a little early. I did have to pay the $20 fine on class pass plus loose credits. I had to work with class pass to get refunded. I ranked it 3 stars just because of the difficulty getting the refund. Was a bit taken back at how hard the owner was trying to get me to purchase a membership especially since I didn't even take a class. I’m sure the classes are fine.

I’ve been a member of Elevate for about three months now and even in this short time, I can already see huge improvements in my core strength! All of the instructors are great so you can’t go wrong with any of the classes. I started out with an intro package to try it out and was hooked. The classes will definitely challenge you - they get easier but they never get easy.

Love coming here and making lagree a part of my weekly routine! Absolutely love taking Maricel’s classes especially, when a part of my body is feeling sensitive or limited, she provides alternative moves to modify the workout while still feeling strong! 10/10!

Debye is a wonderful instructor and very attentive to those new to lagree. She is soft spoken, but firm with her energy, it makes you listen and truly watch her flow. She is strenuous, but the burn is wonderful.

I signed up for the 2 weeks unlimited and went about 11 times. I started to see results towards the end of the two weeks. I ended up signing up for a package. I love this workout because I have knee issues and I appreciate the low impact of the workouts. Excited to get more lean with Lagree !

Lagree is like Pilates on steroids, with a focus on core and slow twitch muscle fibers, SUPER intense! 🔥 Elevate RB is my go-to Lagree studio in SD, but with several location across the county, super convenient and accessible for all. Highly recommend! :)
