I can’t say enough terrific things about Staci, to whom I go to for strength training. She’s exceptional at what she does.
Her approach to progression is thoughtful and intentional. She steadily challenges me with heavier weights and more complex movements, but always in a way where my joints and muscles are protected. I never feel pushed beyond my limits—just guided to grow stronger and more capable with each session.
Any time an exercise creates too much pressure or discomfort, she knows exactly how to adjust my form or modify the movement so I can continue safely without losing the benefit of the exercise. It’s very reassuring to feel so supported.
Her deep knowledge of physiology and her dedication to ongoing learning are obvious. She cares about understanding the unique challenges her clients face, and her passion for her work shines through in everything she does.
It’s also clear she leads by example—she takes amazing care of her own health, and it’s inspiring to witness.
What I appreciate most is her unwavering belief in me. Even when I struggle or doubt myself, she never gives up. My health journey has and will be a roller coaster, but she always meets me exactly where I’m at—physically and mentally—and helps me move forward from there. That kind of support is invaluable.

I've been working with Stacie for about eight months, and she is nothing short of amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional--as well as an all-around lovely person! Having never tried any sort of weight training before, I was reluctant to get started. But, Stacie eased me into my workouts, and has tailored my training to address my particular needs. She patiently answers my (many) questions, and explains everything very clearly. She is always supportive, positive and encouraging and, best of all, has helped me become stronger and healthier. I feel so fortunate to have found Stacie, and I simply couldn't recommend her more highly!

I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, in tremendous pain, and worked on healing my body. When I was ready to start lifting weights again, I wasn’t sure where to start. I was nervous about someone who only knew one way of working out and wouldn’t do the research to learn how to train someone with RA and flare ups.
I started working with Stacie October 2021. She listened to what hurt and adjusted the workout on the spot and… I was able to workout consistently! She didn’t make me feel bad about the needed adjustments and she seemed to enjoy the challenge. She is understanding and knowledgeable. A year ago, with my joints, I could lift only 30 pounds and now I am consistently lifting 60 and started lifting 70 more often. I feel stronger, have more energy, and feel better. I leave workouts feeling like I just worked out with a friend. Stacie is the best fit I could ask for.

Stacie is amazing. She customizes her fitness workouts for her specific clients. She is positive and fun, making the workouts something we look forward to doing. Stacie is amazing. I started working with her when I had a bad abdominal muscle injury and very limited capacity. She was creative and persistent in finding ways to modify and adapt exercises to work with my limitations. She always kept me safe from aggravating my injury and pushed just the right amount to help me improve. She has taught me so much about stretching and always takes time to show me the right stretch for my issue that day. Our conversations also wandered into nutrition, supplements, and recovery. Stacie really knows her stuff and is always pursuing new certifications. She is always positive and supportive. I’m grateful for her help. She has helped me much more than my doctor or physical therapist. I’ve worked with her for more four years and look forward to working with her for more good years to come.

Stacie is the best! All my life I have had a very hard time keeping up a fitness practice on my own. It was when I surrendered to the idea that i might need a trainer to hold me accountable, that I met Stacie .
