I cannot say enough good things about Kristina Greenwood and Elevated Strength and Wellness! I started one on one personal training with Kristina when I was about 1 year postpartum, was off work with a neck and shoulder injury, and was at fitness level zero. Kristina took all of this into account and created workouts that worked within the limits of my injury and adjusted exercises as needed all while pushing me to my limit. She is excellent at correcting your form and coming up with ways to modify where needed to ensure you are safe. She is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and encouraging. She showed me I was capable of way more than I thought and is highly motivating. I highly recommend working with her to meet your fitness goals!!

I started at Elevated Strength and Fitness back in July of 2024 and my experience here has been like no other. This is the first time I have ever been this consistent with working out. Katie is awesome!!! She is so knowledgeable and always meets people where they are it in their fitness journey. Her classes are very small group classes which I really enjoy. I look forward to seeing everyone I’ve met there. In November of 2024 i was in an accident that fractured my pelvis so i had to take a couple month break but as soon as i got the ok she had me come in for one on one training to start and assess where i was at. Once I integrated back into class she made sure to have modifications ready for me. At my last orthopedic appointment my doctor was shocked at the progress I have made. I owe a huge thank you to Katie and the elevated fitness family that keeps me wanting to come back!

But let me tell everyone what a kind fun knowledgeable,compassionate, and attentive to detail this young lady,Katie Walker is. She takes her passion of helping me achieve my fitness goals very seriously. I love this about her! There are times i would like to “slack off “ a bit but katie will redirect and provide an alternative regimen ….BLESS her.
Katie has an extensive fitness background with an underlying belief in a holistic and natural

I have been working with Katie for a while on the nutrition side of things. When I started working with her I thought I was doing good in my eating habits. After working with Katie she has really opened my eyes to not only understanding what I should be eating, but how clean and nutritionally dense my food can be. She is a fantastic coach and teacher. Kenzie is so enthusiastic and energetic! My daughter had a shoulder injury and Kenzie designed workouts for her that didn’t require the shoulder. Kenzie made the workouts fun with lots of variety, great for teens. She also knows how to make you want to work harder! She challenges, gives plenty of great coaching, and emphasizes correct form. She’s super personable and her enthusiasm is contagious.

I've been working with Kristina Greenwood for personal training the past few months and have had a fantastic experience! I was looking for someone trained in working with postpartum moms wanting to build strength, improve form, and reengage the core after birth. We also have worked together to help me train for an upcoming half marathon. She has been professional, knowledgeable, kind, fun and motivating! Elevate Fitness kids class is the highlight of our week. My 10 and 6 year old both get an equally great workout. The coaches not only put together a uniquely thoughtful workout for every class, they promote strong character traits by encouraging honesty, hard work, and helping others. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and teach the kids proper form for every exercise. They are there for the kids every rep of the way helping them realize they are stronger than they think they are and help them build confidence in themselves.

I love this Gym! I saw Katie for personal training and then started the group classes. The group has been judgement free and fun. Everyone is at different fitness levels and she modifies exercises as needed. The Elevated Team are all super kind and knowledgeable. I have done nutrition consults with Katie and found that helpful as well. I highly recommend Elevated Fitness!

This place has made a huge difference in my life. I have always struggled to find a place where I feel comfortable working out, and this really fits me. I don’t get lost in big, one sized fits all workout classes or processes. Instead, I get to learn about the strength conditioning I am doing, while the instructors strategically give us programs that build different parts of our body, stamina, and flexibility throughout the month. Strength for life is the motto here, and it’s real.

As we have traveled, my family has had the opportunity to train with fitness professionals throughout Europe. Whilst visiting California we found Elevated Fitness. Katie is absolutely world class. She is knowledgeable and motivating. Because of her expertise, the classes are perfect for all fitness levels. Katie modifies workouts so everyone is working at their optimal level. She is awesome. I highly recommend trying one of her classes or just taking the leap and signing up for the full month because her classes are that good. But be prepared, you’re going to be sore for the first few sessions. Your body will thank you though.
