I’ve had a great experience with ECT and especially with Maurice. I first met him when my daughter needed some extra training to get ready for varsity tennis. He knew exactly how to push her and he really took the time to understand what she needed. She ended up making the varsity team.

I decided to start training with Maurice myself to build strength and flexibility. He’s extremely knowledgeable. He pays attention, adjusts the workouts to your level, and encourages you in a way that makes you want to keep showing up.

The personal training is the best. Maurice changes exercises to avoid boredom but working on the same mussel group. The transformation of this gym is remarkable. You walk in and say wow. I use the batting cages with my grandson weekly and we love them. There is also a professional baseball player giving hitting and fielding lessons. Manny Rodriquez. The faculty is clean, lighted well has room for parents to watch their players work. I highly recommend ETC.
On a footnote I had some surgery that made we weak but Maurice and team have almost as good as new

My son trains at ECT and I am beyond impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the fast knowledge between instructors. The balance of care and push that help athletes reach their best! This facility offers a one stop shop for all athletes that range from strength building. Speed training, skills development, and recovery!
