The coaches are friendly and keep the workouts fun. The place looks pretty new, and all the equipment is well maintained. There are also programs for VA employees, and if you're a veteran, ask about the Heroes Movement Foundation and the benefits they provide.

I’m 5’0” and weigh 150lbs, my doctor told me I had to lose weight. I have high blood pressure along with the weight. Since Covid I put on the pounds and had been difficult for me to get back into a routine. Since I started going to elite I’ve lost 5lbs, gained muscle not to mention somewhat of a figure lol and my doctor was impressed. The staff works alongside me while teaching me the correct moves, they care about your health and they also make it fun.
