Delroy is savage to work with! He will push you to your full potential all the while he brings positive energy/encouragement to get you there. I’ve worked with other trainers in the past and none of them compare to him. Definitely recommend him!

If you are serious about getting results Delroy is your man. He listens to what you want to work on and he makes a plan geared just for you. He will soo push you even when you don't believe he does. I love working out with him. I do it virtually. So no excuses

I love my personal training sessions here! Aside from always being pushed to do my best I get to pick my own music and am treated with respect and appreciation. We all have different fitness goals and Delroy tailors each session to meet those needs.

I had taken a few years off of training and was very nervous getting back into a regular exercise routine. Delroy’s enthusiasm, praise, targeted feedback, and exceptional playlist made that transition easy. He is intentional with monitoring progress and celebrating successes-recognizing even the smallest of wins. He pushes you to be and do your best in every session. I have become much stronger and faster as a result of his coaching and training. Fully recommend Delroy as a trainer and coach!

There is no better personal trainer than Delroy. He works to whatever level of fitness you have and is always supportive and encouraging. I have shoulder issues and he always adapts our group workouts to our individual levels. He always has three different variations of an exercise so it works for all levels of fitness and goals. There is no ego here, only acceptance and encouragement. Working out with him is always fun and we always feel amazing afterwards. Cannot recommend his studio enough !

Delroy is one of the most positive and upbeat people I’ve ever met. He is so motivating but don’t let that fool you into thinking his workouts are easy! I’ve done both his bootcamp and personal training and both are equal parts challenging and fun.
I’ve known Delroy since he played college football and had his own radio show. I knew then that someday he would combine his charisma and love of fitness and make it something great.
I challenge you to workout with Delroy and not crack a smile. Training with him are some of the best parts of my week and I can’t stop sweating and smiling from the minute we start to the moment we’re done.

I would recommend Delroy to anyone, he is an amazing trainer! The energy and enthusiasm that he brings to each workout makes you want to keep going for hours! During the personal 30 minute sessions you are guaranteed to sweat and every muscle will burn. You will wish it was longer! He is motivational and inspiring. Delroy is amazing! The classes are engaging and are great for beginners or people who workout regularly. Delroy offers multiple ways to perform each exercise so no matter what stage of your fitness journey you are in, you are able to participate and get a great workout in. I am so sad he will be leaving us for the West Coast, but you can bet I will be flying out to do a class with him on my next vacation!

I paid for a gym membership for a full year and went two because I wasn’t motivated and I find it boring as f. Elite madness is so much different. It’s not about have a good gym it’s about having an amazing trainer and Delroy will deliver. His energy is always at a 100 when he’s training you. He will push your to your limit and also modify the workout for you. He is an amazing personal trainer and hype man. You will be sore after your work out but at the same time you will enjoy every min of it. The classes are inexpensive so you’ll keep come back.

I participate in both the bootcamps and the 1 on 1 personal training services. I love the bootcamp sessions because they’re always fun but challenging—the music is always on point and it’s nice to get that extra push from working out in a group setting! The 1 on 1s are great because that’s where I get to focus on my own personal goals. Delroy customizes these workouts to work on my weaknesses and to build the muscles I am looking to strengthen.
