Read this first before enrolling your child.
Once you sign up, you’ll be locked into a one-year membership, so it’s a big waste if the program isn’t good.

A Black man who’s a bit overweight was at the desk, and when we asked for help to check in, he was extremely rude. He was literally on the computer but completely ignored us.
If you want to get stressed and ruin your day, go ahead and try to sign up there. The staff are incredibly rude.

Because of how unprofessional the staff on duty at 360 were, we went to the front desk to get assistance.
There were three courts available, clearly open, but they still refused to check us in. Their reason? “There are too many people,” even though it was obvious the courts were empty.

Thank you, 360 — you wasted my money. That place is truly frustrating.
With service like that, I don’t know why anyone would bother becoming a member.

To be honest, their basketball program is weak.
The training is slow, the skill development is low quality, and they teach the players like turtles, so the kids don’t improve fast.
They also have very limited skill sessions.
Honestly, it’s a waste of your time, effort, and money in their basketball program.
In shoot 360 Eldorado, skills training starts as early as 3pm and goes until 9pm, so there are many options and flexibility.
With them,

they only have a 4pm and 5pm class, which makes the monthly fee not worth it.

Sometimes the instructors there don’t teach with speed or quality — it almost feels like they’re teaching kids to play slower.

You’re much better off going to Eldorado Shoot 360.
The coaches there are fast, skilled, and they offer many classes that actually help kids improve.

The staff and facility have been excellent! Big shout out to Bryant and the team on the Shoot360 side for helping my kids develop; they thoroughly enjoy coming to the gym and get the support they need from the various coaches. Coach John is awesome, along with the rest of the coaching staff! My daughter took lessons at Elite Sports Complex for about 2 months to prepare for competitive soccer tryouts. Without this training she probably would not have made the team. We were impressed with the amount of growth in her playing and ball skills in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend.

He’s an incredible trainer—knowledgeable, focused, and truly passionate about helping players improve. Whether you're just starting out or playing at a competitive level, Bryant knows how to push you while keeping things fun and motivating.
He breaks down skills in a way that's easy to understand and always gives personalized feedback. You can tell he really cares about his players' development, both on and off the court.
The gym itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great atmosphere. Everyone from staff to other players is welcoming and respectful.

Staff is terrific all around. My family belongs to the gym and my daughter is signed up for Shoot 360. Bryant and the staff at Shoot 360 are great. They go out of their way to help up all. They don’t just stand around. They work with the kids to make them better. They are great at making all of the participants feel wanted and helping them. We cant say enough good things about the facility.

We have been apart of Total Soccer Academy for a few months now. We signed up looking for something new and to keep our daughter moving on her off days. The training has been great. Purposeful to her position. Scheduling is easy with the app, and they keep it capped so its no over saturated. The level of coaching is appropriate and we have been happy with the level provided. The technology makes it a bit diff than other trainings and throws a unique twist into some of the drills. If you’re looking for a diff option to your child’s training program come out and give Total Soccer Academy a try. First session is free. Cheers.

This is by far the best sports complex in the area. The facilities are well-maintained, and the environment is both welcoming and professional. My son used for a couple months we did get a 6 month package but there supposedly is an option to cancel with 2 months of payments. I’ve reached out multiple times with no response. Even a “sorry you can’t do that til the end of the 6 months” would be helpful. Or “this is how you can cancel when the time comes.”
