A Transformative Experience with Instructor Sophia!
I just attended my second class at Emosa Pilates today, and I have to give a massive shoutout to the incredible instructor, Sophia. She is truly special – thank you so much for making this session unforgettable!
As someone who’s jumping back into working out after a year and a half hiatus, I was a bit nervous, but Sophia made everything feel welcoming and empowering. This was more than just a Pilates class; it was a journey toward rediscovering my motivation and inner peace. Sophia guided us with such intention, helping me find balance in every movement, teaching proper breathing techniques, and setting the tone for mindful workouts that left me feeling centered and rejuvenated. Her energy motivated me to push through and commit to continuing – I’ll definitely be signing up for more of her classes!
What stood out even more was Sophia’s dedication beyond the mat. Before class started, I noticed her sweeping up the studio to ensure everything was perfect, and she stayed after to prep for the next group. Your hard work absolutely does not go unnoticed, Sophia – it’s clear you pour your heart into creating a clean, inviting space for everyone.
If you’re looking for a Pilates spot that combines physical challenge with mental clarity, Emosa Pilates with Sophia is a game-changer. Highly recommend – she’s helping me rebuild my routine one intentional breath at a time! 🌟

I'm traveling for work and wanted to get a workout in this morning so I decided to try a local Pilates class here at Emosa. Unfortunately the instructor didn't arrive until about 2 minutes before class was supposed to start at 6:30 a.m. Additionally it was a heated booty class but the heat obviously wasn't on because nobody was there yet. The instructor wasn't aware of what type of class it was and didn't seem to have a planned routine for the class. Pretty disappointed definitely won't be back.

My original review is below but I’m here to edit my review bc it’s been a bit since I posted that review and I ended up getting the membership through the studio so I do Pilates everyday now and it’s honestly the best! They’re still adding more classes as they get more instructors at various times: the studio is beautifully lit and a smaller but comfortable space— truly a no judgment space I’ve seen people comment about other studios but there is none of that here 🙂‍↕️ they’ve also been on top of finding subs for classes :3 so I give it 5/5 stars :) 🫶🏼 (and we did end up getting the credits back promptly)

The class was amazing! The address on Google Maps is a little off, and not having a phone number listed there makes it even harder. I had to call the number from the ClassPass app and it connected me to the other location. Thankfully, they pointed me in the right direction. Hopefully, the Google address can be updated though
