I can't say enough about Empire. Not only are all the coaches and staff extremely knowledgeable, athletic and very supportive of each and every girl, we really are like one big family here. My daughter has been with Empire for five years now, and the growth we’ve seen in her is truly incredible. When she first started, she was shy and just beginning to learn the basics. Now she’s confidently performing jumps, tumbling, and doing amazing stunts. Her self-esteem has grown so much, and she’s learned how to perform in front of a crowd with confidence and pride.

We’ve been with Empire for the last two years. Our first year we did just basic tumbling classes. We moved into competitive stunt and are now in competitive cheer. My daughter has grown so much since starting. We love it here! All the coaches are amazing. Great customer service in the front office as well.

The owner is very rude and unprofessional. She doesn’t know how to talk to kids or parents. Rachelle kicked my daughter off the team due to her attending a school event and missing a meet because my daughter didn’t feel comfortable with her and the way she talked to her at the prior meet. Coach Ariy did not have my daughter’s best interest and I thought she would understand but of course she turned on us too. I wouldn’t go back to empire cheer and stunt ever again because we are more than just money. All they care about is money and not the kids.

I can't say enough good things about Empire Cheer and Stunt! My daughter is a varsity cheer and stunt member, and I truly believe it wouldn't have been possible without the amazing coaching and support she received from this program.
From the moment we walked in, the environment felt welcoming and encouraging. The coaches are not only skilled but also genuinely care about each athlete’s development. They focused on building not just our daughter’s cheer skills but also her confidence, which is so important for a teen.
What really stood out to me was the way they tailored the training to challenge her while still keeping it fun. She looked forward to practice every week and made so many friends along the way. The emphasis on teamwork and sportsmanship left a positive impact.

My oldest daughter was dancing and decided she wanted to “flip” more so I set out to find a new sport or activity where she could do just that. Given my limited knowledge, I took to Facebook for recommendations and learned of a few local gymnastics places and sideline cheer places. Then my best friend found Empire and told me to check it out. After looking at their website and seeing the different types of classes they offered, I reached out. I got an immediate response and we were able to attend the make up evaluations the following day. My daughter was placed on the Tiny Novice All Star team, The Tiny Sparkles and started taking tumbling. She started at Empire at 4 years old and only knew how to do a cartwheel and a front roll. She gained the basics she needed in tumbling to learn new skills. She started doing private lessons with a Coach Ariy soon after starting and is now able to do a standing back handspring. Her Novice Team continually blows me away with how sharp they are. We have had the pleasure of working with multiple coaches at Empire; Coach Sophia, Coach Ariy, Coach G, Coach Destiny, and Coach Emily and they are all impeccable. They have incredible patience and a true skill and passion for coaching these kids to be strong athletes. They build confidence and inspire consistently. In addition to the coaches, the owner and front desk staff are so kind and helpful. Empire has quickly become our home away from home and now my youngest daughter has even joined their tiny tots tumbling class. We look forward to many future seasons with Empire and are forever grateful we found them.

My daughter started in 2022 and has improved SO MUCH! She has done stunt team and currently in all stars and tumbling with two private lessons a week. She absolutely loves coming here! I am very particular about coaching and love coaches that not only encourage but push the athletes to be their best, I feel we found that at Empire!

My daughter joined Empire Stunt Aug 2021 and she loves it! The owner and coaches are knowledgable, kind, supportive and encouraging. There is just the right balance between having fun and working hard, knowing when its time to be serious and when they can let loose. Since my daughter joined the stunt team, she has blossomed and truly enjoys coming here - even on the hottest, most difficult practice days because she knows she gets better with each practice she gives her all to. I highly recommend this club.
