I started doing classes here and started with restore that class is amazing love the instructor Kristen I decided to challenge myself and move to a Lagree class and I wish they’d do a meet your instructor type of deal but they don’t so I blindly picked and the class was kind of awkward if the instructor wasn’t comfortable with newbies it should’ve been disclosed, I went to book again and now they have a “foundation” class which is obviously for new comers but this was not offered when I went to book last week, the class is only 30 minutes but the same price as a 45 minute class 🤔 I thought I did a ok job in the Lagree class but I guess if your not a professional it’s not that welcoming which is discouraging and ill be taking my business elsewhere

Empower Lagree is a gem! The workouts are incredibly challenging, pushing you to your limits in the best way possible. The instructors are amazing, knowledgeable, motivating, and always ready to ensure you’re getting the most out of each class. The atmosphere is great and supportive, making every class fun despite the pain! The good pain known as the shakes lol. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their fitness routine!

Amazing place to workout. The instructors are phenomenal, very supportive and knowledgeable. They also have high energy and are super encouraging. Kristin makes it fun while pushing you to meet your goals! Every workout is challenging and makes you want to keep coming back. I’m hooked!

Love, love, love if you want to look great and feel better. A whole other level of working out that also helps reduce all your usual aches and pains. Great vibes, amazing instructors (shoutout my girl JT) and could not recommend more. 10/10, do yourself a favor and go get your shakes in🔥

Been coming here for about a month now. Classes are challenging and you get a great workout. Definitely sore in places you never thought you can get sore. Every time I get reminded what a weakling I am mentally and physically especially since I give up easily but JT pushes you in her classes and doesn’t let you give up. Linda is another one of my favorites. She’s fun, bubbly and super cute. I would def recommend!
