I had a great EMS session with Amit! The workout was unique, challenging, and incredibly time-efficient. It is perfect for fitting into a busy schedule for a working mom. I recently tried an EMS workout with Amit, and I honestly can’t explain how incredible it is! Not only is Amit an amazing trainer, but the bodysuit technology takes the workout to another level. What I love most is that during the session, it doesn’t feel overwhelmingly hard or impossible to handle — instead, it feels super targeted, like you’re really activating and engaging specific muscles.

The best part? The soreness after! I felt it for a full week in the best way possible. My upper glutes and abs especially felt worked, and that’s exactly where I was hoping to see progress. It gives me so much confidence knowing the workout is effective and really making changes.

I’m genuinely excited to keep going with these sessions because it feels like the results are happening already. Highly recommend trying EMS with Amit if you want something different, effective, and surprisingly fun!

EMS Body Atelier has truly been life-changing! I look forward to every session with my trainer, Angelica—she’s amazing. Not only is she knowledgeable and professional, but she knows exactly what works for my body to help me get the best results. We always have fun, and I leave feeling energized and stronger every time.

Since starting EMS, I’ve noticed a real difference—not just in how I look, but in how I feel. My classic Pilates practice with Colleen at Atwill has improved dramatically. I’m now able to hold controlled movements that I used to really struggle with, and it all comes down to the strength and muscle engagement EMS has helped me build.

What I love most is how efficient it is. On the days I’m feeling drained, I can still get in a powerful 20-minute workout that leaves me feeling better than when I started. The electromagnetic impulses give me a real boost and get my lymphatic system moving—it’s incredible. EMS has truly elevated my quality of life!

The studio is beautiful, so clean and professional, trainers are great. Been doing this for a couple weeks and I’m feeling super fit! I don’t have a lot of time with baby so it’s hard to find a workout that is effective, quick and catered to me, this is all of those.

I absolutely love my EMS personal training sessions! As a grandmother who lives for ballroom dancing and chasing after my grandkids, staying active and mobile is very important to me. I’m in my early 80s, have undergone two knee replacements, and want to keep living an active life, so the right fitness program is crucial for me. EMS has been an absolute blessing! The workouts are great because they’re quick and low impact and have noticeably improved my strength, balance, and overall mobility. I know that maintaining muscle is very important at my age but a weight training routine isn’t something I’m able to maintain consistently, so EMS has been perfect. I'm a 2-3 mile a day swimmer and I typically haven't given myself a lot of opportunities for cross training. I'm finding EMS to be an incredible complement to my overall fitness. I feel like a different person all around. I'm walking taller, swimming faster, and noticeably gaining strength. The sessions are simple, straightforward, and fun, and it's extremely satisfying to feel how thoroughly my muscles get worked.

I have tried every type of workout imaginable but EMS is truly something unique and effective! The sensation of the electromagnetic impulses while working out aren’t painful and the sensation is very tingly in a good way. Angelica is absolutely fantastic to work with! She is positive, motivating, supportive, and she always makes sure to check in with you if she senses you need a break. If you want good results and good vibes then you definitely need to work with her!

I can't believe how good (and sore!) my body feels after just two sessions at EMS Santa Barbara. My trainer Cameron makes the whole experience incredibly enjoyable and made me feel comfortable during my first EMS (electro muscular stimulation) experiences. I went a little easier on my first workout while I was getting a feel for it, then by the second time I felt like I could really push myself. Now I'm totally hooked. The workouts are really fun—20 minutes flies by in no time. It's obvious that the suits are high end and the fact that they're wireless opens up lots of functional exercise options. I love the muscle recovery program at the end and the stretching that Cameron does is the icing on the cake. Highly recommended!
